I called and spoke to a manager Brian, at store 2131 in Billerica Massachusetts. He was patient and kind while listening to my situation. He gave me some excellent advise which I was going to follow up on his suggestion. He promised to keep me in mind, if anything should become useful, in my search.He went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed. In general, this location is consistent both in service and food quality. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, the chipotle chicken sandwich, and the kids love the chicken and rice soup. My only complaint with Panera is that they are a bit on the pricey side. But I guess you have to pay for quality.
