My favorite hole in the wall bar/restaurant, they have a great bar staff and excellent food, especially their burgers. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Actually came downtown to go to a show that's actually next week on the same day...Stopped in for a wee drink and smelled the delicious waft of the house burger next to me.You might think a house burger in a small side bar is somewhat risky....Don't.Worth every penny...Ask for the Malt Vinegar behind the bar for the fries.Good assortment on tap, we're in Boston, but try the R.I. Whalers on tap. Clean and crisp...Ask for Dickie- Service with a Smile!!!Don't forget extra napkins -You'll need them .Nom! Nom! Nom!Extra bonus Silver Sun Pickups was playing in background ??

Great reasonably priced restraunt to go before a show or any time. Had the burger of the week, and it did not disappoint. Make sure to make a reservation if going to a show, but you can always sit at the bar. 9

Ordered a beer at 1:30am. Wanted to have one before I called the night. Asked the Bartender if it was too late and he said no. He he served it, but after three minutes the security personal snatched it, and kicked me out. I asked why and he gave no real reason. I was not creating any disturbance, was literally just sitting with a friend. If you’re going to serve then let the people consume the product, don’t sell them a beer and then kick them out in a second. Also the security guy gave massive frat vibes, which is funny cause he was already 30 year old, I’d say that sums up the experience here. I do not want that to sound mean or demeaning , but it is the most accurate way I have of describing the bar.On another note I see the owners responded to my review saying I am exaggerating the story yet I see no explanation or account from his perspective. Makes you think. Also spend a lot of time in the bar next door so I don’t know where that comes from.

We were turned away by a racist server, at the closing shift on Thursday, Feb 23, 2024. We weren't rude, drunk, or chaotic - but we were a group of largely asian people. I usually try not to jump to conclusions about racist behavior, but I can't imagine what else could have been going on. Even his coworker tried to tell him to relax, but he refused to serve us and kicked us out pretty loudly & rudely. It was close to their closing time, so he was probably tired too. If you're white you'll probably get good treatment here! If you're POC or anti-racist, would avoid :)

Ok, i get it was a pretty busy night... but it was super hard to get any of the staffs' attention. One of the waitresses at the bar when I tried to call her over didn't even make eye contact with me, she mumbled, "Yep, I'll get to it." :/ not sure if I'll return.
