I had a reservation for 2:15 in the afternoon they didn’t sit me down until 3 o’clock. I wait for the server the server never came the rice. The beans was very cold the meat they only came once to my table. I asked them three times for more meat and they were not coming And is very shame that to ne a prime steakhouse they only gave me pincanhae once top sirloin and flat meat and chicken only time was no pork no lamb no prime rib no New York sirloin nothing everybody says that alma Gaúcha is really good. I think Alma Gaúcha is worse than fire on the ground they should improve a lot. I spent almost $500 dollars it was the worse first experience.and also we were five people they only brought two sides of two pieces of fried banana and two pieces of fried polenta. How can five people eat that

It was loud & in a hotel. Overall, pretty good food & service was decent. We did Boston restaurant week which made it a little more complicated for the staff, but overall a good experience.

Reserved table a week ahead. Show up 15 minutes early. They let in people that had later reservations before us. As well as a party of 10 that was a walk in, because they had more in their party. Oh well... 45 minute wait. Twice now they have done similar. We are seated and our table is mostly ignored for items. We specifically asked for a few items and never got them. The person carrying that food would walk right past and ignore our calls, or just not be near our table at all. No rolls, bananas, potatoes. We were asked several times and said yes. Cokes they attempted to make us pay for they never brought out. Try to bring their cheapest chicken or flank steak and not once the filet mignon or lamb.First time we went was not as bad but has similar problems. Second time is enough. The other reviewers are getting lucky or they are too upset to admit $85-100 (with tip and drinks) a person was wasted.

I went for a birthday celebration for like 12 people. we were sat in the back next to the window.i was in a corner. I literally had to climb over people from my party and service members who were eating at the table next to us to get up from the table.thank God I wasn't wearing a dress! I also did not receive good service as I was "forgotten " about being in the corner of the table. I asked for certain meats that never got served to me and was met with "it will come around" which they never did. horrible place if you go with a party. the Brazilian steakhouse in Providence is WAAAAAY BETTER with impeccable service .

One of the best Brazilian steakhouses in Boston. The food and the service are great. They also have a wide selection in their open salad bar. I highly recommend coming here for

The food was good with lots of variety. However, the restaurant is understaffed. Several times, I had to wave at the waiter to get more meat, and every time I needed more water, I had to ask someone for it. They didn't do a good enough job ensuring customers had enough water, likely due to the restaurant being understaffed rather than the waiters' fault. Additionally, I found a hair in my food. I was dining alone, and my hair is dark brown. The hair I found (see picture) is yellowish at the root and black towards the end. I didn't raise the issue with the waiters because they were swamped, but this is something that the restaurant should be more mindful of in the future.
