I didn't have very high expectations given the mixed reviews here -- but I had one of the best salads of my life. I can't speak for the other menu options, but the pear salad was excellent, with chicken added as a protein, and the service quick and professional. I will definitely be back.
We were so pleasantly surprised by the above average hotel breakfast buffet here, including mini avocado toasts, green yogurt parfaits, and maple butter. Scrambled eggs were fluffy, but you also could order eggs another way or an omelette! But the absolute best part was our sweet and attentive server Kenny. He was awesome, and we really appreciated his genuine kindness.

Touria greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. We had more interaction with her than we did with the front desk. She asked us how we were doing and how our stay was. She rectified our breakfast which the front desk failed to do. We were seated and she handed us off to Sharon who was also very nice. Sharon took our order with a smile and had us fed quickly. Everyone over here has their act together and works as a beautiful team. A + to Sauciety restaurant.
