This is a great company to order seafood from!! I have ordered from there several times and everything is always top notch! Especially the dry/fresh scallops. It is hard to find scallops this good. I had my heart set on preparing them for a new girlfriend. Unfortunately, the internet, my work and travel itinerary had other plans. I was not very happy.In desperation I called BST. A very lovely experience! The lady is so warm and engaging. I bought three fresh swordfish steaks for Easter Saturday dinner from these wonderful people at my local farmer's market this past weekend and was definitely not disappointed.
