I bought three fresh swordfish steaks for Easter Saturday dinner from these wonderful people at my local farmer's market this past weekend and was definitely not disappointed. This is a great company to order seafood from!! I have ordered from there several times and everything is always top notch! Especially the dry/fresh scallops. It is hard to find scallops this good. I had my heart set on preparing them for a new girlfriend. Unfortunately, the internet, my work and travel itinerary had other plans. I was not very happy.In desperation I called BST. Not knowing what to expect I was transferred to James. James was/is awesome. Although I assume my order was very small compared with what these guys deal with. He treated me and my order as if it was the biggest most important order of the day. We spoke a couple times. James definitely went above and beyond. Pulled some strings and got my order on the way!!! Now I was happy!! But not nearly as happy as I was when the product arrived and these delicious scallops were searing up in my pan. These scallops are amazing!!! No preservatives. They are so freaking good it is insane. I tell everyone about them.James!! Thank you brother!!! I will be ordering again today but I will be doing it the old fashion way!!!! Thanks Again!!!!
