I had Caffe Nero for the first time the other week while in Boston. The caffe itself was in a prime location with a cool vibe that provided an abundance of seating options. After downloading the app, I was rewarded with a free coffee and pastry- which was incredible. I chose a cinnamon bun and my friend chose a everything bagel swirl. We agreed they were tasty but would've been even better heated up. I got a mocha iced coffee which was creamy and delicious! Definitely not too mocha-y. I liked it so much I had to get it one more time before I left the city! Will definitely go whenever I see a Caffe Nero again!

We had coffee, pastries and my daughter had hot chocolate that she thought was delicious. The barista was very nice and welcoming. The pastries were fresh out of the oven and delicious. We had a great time.

Such huge polar opposites in staff attitude and service - the gentleman absolutely brilliant and the heart of the place, and the female co-workers despicable attitude to both customers and each other. Venue itself great; but again, give that man with this incredible positive energy a raise, or I might grab him for my own restaurant :-)

Coffee was good as normal. Inside was spacious and clean. The behind the bar staff however was very loud. Did not see to have patience with us when ordering either. They were singing the same line from a song over and over loud enough to hear through headphones so did not set the mood for coffee shop vibe.

Great coffee, miserable staff. Their problems are your problems. They will prepare your coffee while on speaker-phone with their friends (complaining about their job). You'll order cold brew and they'll give you an americano because "ran out of cold brew" (before 8 AM). Miserable people.

Horrible customer service. Took my family here while they were visiting Boston and they were unsure what to get. Instead of being understanding or helpful the staff member continued to roll her eyes and give a lot of attitude. I understand if it was a long line or a busy time of the day but the shop was empty. She then continued to talk to my family like they couldn't understand her. I am very upset with this experience.

The coffee has never been something you rave about at cafe Nero, but had to do a review to share how rude the staff is at this specific location. They openly use vulgarity when talking to one another behind the bar and gave the customer in front of me a lecture when they ordered a small coffee, upset with them for not being more specific. They just wanted a small coffee, which is what they ordered, but since they didn’t give any details on flavor or cream the worker with purple hair went off on a lecture to them and snapped her fingers at them. Additionally, they will constantly let the line get super long with really no added sense or urgency to their own work output. Overall they strike me as a staff that would rather be anywhere else than at their job helping customers.
