Such huge polar opposites in staff attitude and service - the gentleman absolutely brilliant and the heart of the place, and the female co-workers despicable attitude to both customers and each other. Venue itself great; but again, give that man with this incredible positive energy a raise, or I might grab him for my own restaurant :-)
Excellent service! The staff was attentive and took the time to make sure my order was correct. I've been to several Caffè Neros but this one is my favorite!I recommend the cold brew!

We had coffee, pastries and my daughter had hot chocolate that she thought was delicious. The barista was very nice and welcoming. The pastries were fresh out of the oven and delicious. We had a great time.
