Their coffee is great, location is amazing and perfect vibes to relax. However the staff is not that great. Which is the most important thing. I ordered a coffee and there were many orders so they were making coffee and bringing it up to the front counter where everyone collects. They do not announce names at all. They just put coffee and whole staff just go back in the corner. After a long wait I asked them about my order and they said it’s here ready for a long time. By that time it already became cold coffee. They don’t neither print name on cups so there’s no way you can say if it’s your coffee or not and they don’t call it out too.

Ordered a Box of Coldbrew for pickup. Received notification it was ready for pick-up.The Barista had no idea what the item even was. Had to call manager in to either A. Provide the item ordered or B. Cancel order for refundWasted everyone's time and I had to resolve the issue myself with uber. You can't leave people on their own who appear to have no training and there should always be a manager on duty. Poor serviced location.

Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes if you order with the Caffe Nero app. This location prioritizes walk-up customers and makes app orders last.

I love chai and like to try new places when I'm traveling so I opted for Cafe Nero. I ordered a hot chai latte and received an iced chai latte. I'm bummed because I didn't get what I ordered. For an iced chai, it's not bad, it's just not what I wanted.Dietary restrictions: I prefer soy milk for my drinks as it has a higher protein content than other vegan milks but it was not available.

Caffe Nero is usually a dependable spot for either coffee or baked goods that are a notch above what you've come to expect from a certain global coffee chain with a ubiquitous green mermaid logo. And even though this outlet is located within the pricey Hub food hall here at North Station, I found that drinks and baked goods weren't more expensive - if at all - when compared to other Nero outlets in Boston. An americano and a stuffed croissant were just what I needed to get going on a recent weekend morning before jumping aboard a train as part of a day trip to touristy suburbs.A young Black man was diligently holding down the fort on his own and was very helpful and gracious with his service. Moreover, the venue itself is quite pleasant. If the garish, tightly packed interior of the Hub Hall isn't your thing, then Nero has a terrace that opens out onto the street, complete with a canopy that shielded it from some passing showers when I stopped by.A solid choice for a quick, inexpensive, invigorating drink or snack.

The employees are always working hard and provide assistance if there’s an issue. They pay attention to detail and get orders correct every time. The entire team expedites orders efficiently. I love Nero and this location is one of the best.

Terrible service and coffee was horrible. The ice melted before they even handed me my drink meaning they didn't bother cooling the shots for iced drinks. Don't recommend go to the plenty of other shops around the area.

I just stopped in for a quick coffee while on the run, and it was all I could ask for. No pourover options, but the single origin (Brazil) drip coffee was good. I didn't try any pastries, etc. The service was quick and friendly, too.

Coffee is decent. Baristas are rude and don’t even acknowledge you even when you try to say hi. A young lady working just rolled her eyes and turned around. Pastries are always on point at all caffe Neros!

I stopped by here to order a pastry and a drink. The butter croissant was decent. The chai tea latte was okay, I would recommend going to Caffe Dello Sport instead if you want to try a really scrumptious chai tea latte!
