Caffe Nero is usually a dependable spot for either coffee or baked goods that are a notch above what you've come to expect from a certain global coffee chain with a ubiquitous green mermaid logo.And even though this outlet is located within the pricey Hub food hall here at North Station, I found that drinks and baked goods weren't more expensive - if at all - when compared to other Nero outlets in Boston. The employees are always working hard and provide assistance if there’s an issue. They pay attention to detail and get orders correct every time. The entire team expedites orders efficiently. I love Nero and this location is one of the best.

I love chai and like to try new places when I'm traveling so I opted for Cafe Nero. I ordered a hot chai latte and received an iced chai latte. I'm bummed because I didn't get what I ordered. For an iced chai, it's not bad, it's just not what I wanted.Dietary restrictions: I prefer soy milk for my drinks as it has a higher protein content than other vegan milks but it was not available.
