The restaurant offerings are all vegetarian, with some vegan. That’s ethical. But all the entrees are deep fried, laden with fat. That’s bad. The employees are paid upwards of $20 an hour. That’s good. But small lunch, served over the counter, costs almost $30. That’s expensive (and they still expect a tip, too). The long wooden communal table is nice, but it is so dirty, it's gross.Overall: this is not a new place. It should do better.Vegetarian options: All dishes are vegetarian, and some are vegan, but they are all deep fried, dripping with thick fat

The food is great (with a menu that partially varies seasonally) but the service varies somewhat depending on who is working that day. I lived near this location (of this local chain) for a couple of years and still stop in when I am in the area.

Mediterranean cuisine fresh and fast. Best fries in Boston. Have the fritter sandwich; it's great, Bread somes right out of the oven. The felafel sandwich also great, with tangy toppings and sauce.

First time here a week or so ago. I’ll be coming back for more. This place is great & if you catch the right time… dinning in isn’t so bad.

The sandwiches and the mushroom soup were both amazing. Nice bright atmosphere with a big shared table, and we appreciated the AC on a hot day in Boston.

Fabulous breakfast sandwiches!! Clean, minimalistic, light-hearted aesthetics. Plenty of seats. Their 'New Potato Pesto Sandwich' is the best breakfast sandwich I have eaten!!!! Soft bun, pesto spread on the bun, crunchy creamy baked potato, and 1 soft boiled egg. Priced at just $10. It is perfectly filling for one person as a morning sandwich. So tasty that I had it for 3 consecutive days. They serve great teas too. Offer a bottle refilling station as a commitment to reducing waste - applaud worthy cause. Must visit!!

We got there between the morning and lunch rush. The breakfast sandwich was SO good. Very friendly customer service. It feels like it could be a pretentious place from the decor but actually the seating was comfortable, delicious food, amazing coffee.. I am definitely coming back. Thank you to our kind server at around 10AM, you were excellent!

Honestly, I've seen this place around and went inside because the aesthetics of each of these places appealed to me. They had very exotic coffee varieties. In this particular shop, I asked them for their recommendation and they said the strawberry soda. I was shocked! Out of all the cook exciting things. However, they weren't wrong - it was pretty good. Bubbly and not too sweet (probably not the best thing for in the morning).-1 because I felt like the workers did not want to be there and it felt like I was bothering them by coming up and ordering almost...

Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and I didn't even get the one with the egg on it. The gentleman at the counter explained everything very well. He said the popover sandwich was so eggy and rich that it didn't need an egg. He was right. The poppver alone was out of this world. So so rich, creamy, and soft. The veggies inside just brought it to a whole other level. They were so fresh and vibrant and mixed with the mayo were quite tasty. I'm gonna go back later for lunch and it's going to be a struggle to try something new since that sandwich was just so good. My husband said the potato pesto sandwich was really good though. Coffee was also very delicious. A must try while in Boston.Vegetarian options: Completely vegetarian and vegan. But even my meat loving husband thought it was great and didn't miss any breakfast meat.

The food is incredibly flavourful. The eggs are so perfectly boiled. The drip coffee is from another world. People can refill their bottle of water for free with filtered water. There is oat milk for the coffee. The price is very reasonable. I approve this food lab.

The food here is way too expensive for what you get. I ordered the Egg and eggplant platter and only received one slice of eggplant in the meal!!!! This is not acceptable. The food tastes good, but to pay 15 USD and only get 1 slice of eggplant is just ridiculous. I recommend to stay away.Don’t be fooled by the kind reply from Clover. I reached out and never heard back. Very disappointing. I am definitely not coming back now

So delicious! I had a kidney bean, cilantro, and banana salad and the falafel skewers which were both fabulous and affordable. I’d highly recommend the food here and the mission of supporting local food and food producers is such a wonderful bonus.

Quick cute and totally refreshing. The food here is made with the most attention to quality and texture that I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. You MUST try the house-made Vanilla Soda ??WOW!??

Loved the chickpea fritter sandwich, which we call falafel on pita. Loads of tasty veggies, nice tahini sauce and fresh pita. The rosemary fries were made with fresh potatoes. They have a water dispenser and encourage you bring your own cup or bottle. And all wrapping, bags, cutlery, and yes, the cup they give you for water if you don't have one, is all COMPOSTABLE. Staff was very friendly and the kitchen looked very clean. The wife and enjoyed our visit. Almost skipped it because it has 'lab' in the name and I wasn't sure what that entailed.

Wonderful fast casual. Chickpea fritter pita is so so good. Roman tomato soup is also lovely. Worth a stop (even for meat eaters like myself!).
