I came to this coffee store simply to get a coffee waiting on a jury verdict for my son's murder trial. I asked the address to a black male claiming to be the manager and he yelled at me ... he literally yelled at me saying I already gave you the address the other people who worked there appeared to be frightened to say anything. that is so odd to me(. I politely asked him to please repeat the address, because there's government station and Tremont.. )I didn't send my order to the wrong address. He yelled at me again. "I'm NOT GIVING UOU THE ADDRESS AGAIN..I GIVE TO YOU!"A CUSTOMER HAD TO CLARIFY THE ADDRESS!!!!( I asked him maybe if he was having a bad day- we all have them... because of course I wouldn't have written this)HE WOULDN'T EVEN TELL ME IF MY ORDER HAD COME THROUGH ON THE MACHINE. DUNKIN' DONUTS IS $5 A COFFEE DOWN HERE NEAR THE COURTHOUSE SO OF COURSE WE WANT TO KNOW...He just glared at me and shoved my coffee at me!!!!)NEVER IN MY LIFE... HAVE I TREATED THIS BADLY BY AN EMPLOYEE AT A DUNKIN DONUTS......AND YOU'VE MADE HIM A MANAGER????? I work at the courthouse with many people and I will be sharing this with them because I was actually feeling really badly that he was being so rude and those mopping and sleeping around him looked so uncomfortable... they look like they wanted to just clarify the address but they were scared!!his own employees. (as you can see I write dozens of reviews for places in Boston and I don't like to mess with someone's employment )...but this man cannot possibly be this rude and maintain his job.(this was 16 Tremont Street at about 1:00 p.m. November 14th)

DO NOT GO HERE. worst customer service ever!!! there one was guy working up front while on the phone and another lady in the back cleaning. I repeated my order a few times, and he STILL messed it up. I waited for 30 minutes for my 2 coffee, 2 food order. I was waiting and waiting and he asked why I was waiting and I told him that he only gave me 2 out of the 4 items I ordered. He then proceeded to call me a liar and looked through all of his receipts to find out that I was right all along (I’m sorry, but I know what i paid for, and he should not have called me a liar). Then he gave me my order and I went back to school. I get to school, drink the coffee and he gave me a PUMPKIN coffee when I ordered BUTTER PECAN. I HATE pumpkin. I had to throw my coffee in the trash. This poses as a food safety issue, because I could have been allergic to pumpkin for all he knows. Then my bagel I ordered with cream cheese, he didn’t even bother giving me a knife to put my cream cheese on myself, so that went in the trash as well because I will not eat plain bread. Thanks for the horrible customer service. This is the first time I have ever done one of these reviews, but this guy ruined my whole day. I will never EVER come back to this dunkin again.

Went here to get a drink. The cashier was having trouble punching in the order. Served me the wrong drink and when I informed them, the same individual said that’s what I ordered when clearly she made a mistake. Her and the owner or manager both wanted to charge me for the correct drink. Not only that but they were extremely rude about it. I’ve always like dunkin until now. Starbucks would NEVER EVER EVER do that. Horrible customer service never again.

The two guys working at this Dunkin this morning prioritized the food and drinks of a family of tourists rather than prioritizing the people that live and work here. The line started to pile up with locals while one of the workers did his own thing in the back and the second was so focused on taking care of tourists who will never be back to order coffee form this place again. Business tip for you all, prioritize the locals as they are the ones that will be returning their business or not, basic business practices 101. The workers/locals are in a hurry to get to work, the tourists/vacationers have way more time to spare.

Messed up my order, while I was seated for about 15 minutes, he had three more other order messed up. He didn’t try to conform orders and when costumers complained yell at costumers.

This lady is super rude. I told her ahead that I'm going to redeem my coupon, she didn't put it in, and when I ask for my food, she said she didn't put the coupon in. I kindly ask her told her that I would like my food, and she said "too bad, I didn't hear it. Can't help you with anything. Come back next time." The reson I stop by because My Coupon is going to expired, ughhh she just ruin my day.

Some people here are complaining about the seating? why would you sit in there anyways, it's the type of place to grab your drink or whatever and do whatever you have to do! Love this place!

I wanted a 2 for $4 egg and cheese wake up wrap and the miss communication is crazy they try to sell me sausage egg and cheese for $4.98 plus taxes which is not about the money .why didn't you guys just tell me the special was no longer available .that all. i have never had any issue here but i guess there's always a first time.

Over priced and way too much junk food

Received incorrect change and had to wait in line to correct it, then received a cold (not iced; cold and disgusting) "hot" cappuccino after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Go to a local coffeehouse somewhere nearby, this location doesn't give a f*** about its customers.
