This is a horrible place, please do not come here. They do not understand anything, and the order is always wrong. Every time I'm here I have a problem !!! This time, They denied to sell me my order. They were very rude and threw away my order in front of me. It was about 6 pm, and he closed the drive-through window in front of me, saying, "looks like we are closing early today".

Awful. Unprofessional. Waited at drive through for almost 10 minutes then ordered through the app since they weren't answering. Drove up to the window and they wouldn't refund my money and acted like they were closed 2 minutes prior, so they would not give me my order. It is listed as open until 8pm (about another hour) and I just lost $7. Completely unfair and unprofessional staff.
Worst Dunkin around. They mess up something every single time I go here and barely apologize.

Terrible customer service. We ordered in the drive thru and the cashier was rushing us and gave us half our orders while still asking us “why we are still here” . We told her that half our order was missing and she didn’t even bother to check the receipt. What’s crazy is that there is a Dunkin’s right up the street and they have way better service!

I bought one of the travel cups and found out later that day that it wS broken. The coffee I had got in it happen to leak inside the cup in between the 2 sides. I checked it to see if it was cracked anywhere or leaking from the outer cup but was not. I did send a message on the app about returning it or getting g a credit and they said that because they are Individually owned they could not do anything and had to go back to the store I purchased it from. I was disappointed with that response.

Guy at drive thru said he was giving us a senior discount. We were bringing bagel minis to my boyfriend who is in a hospital only to find out this guy took a bite out of not only ONE but TWO of his bagel minis. Wouldn’t tell my worse enemy to go here. Terrible.
