I can't say much about the atmosphere or the service but the food. Is absolute garbage. I work right down the street and unfortunately I can't leave to go get food during the day so occasionally I'll give them another chance thinking there is no way they can screw this up. Of course they do though. This time, how does a cinnamon raisin bagel come not toasted but somehow hard on the outside, doughy on the inside and somehow salty. I couldn't even get past the first bite. I feel like my insides would just give up if I tried. I used to be a major supporter of Dunkin donuts but then again I've never gotten such terrible food even with delivery. I order delivery at home all the time and it's never been close to as bad as what they've sent me from here. I'm thinking about going to get sick just in case right now. I've been nice enough to not complain before but I've given up.

I go to the Dunkin’ order the empanada a donut and they charge me $.50 for a large water but charge me the price of tea for hot water which is $2 and change……. Now what sense does that make. You mean to tell me that the water that you literally pour out the spout of the coffee maker you charge me $2 for……. That’s crazy!!!! The manager was nice when I spoke to her about it but the policy is dumb and puts the employees in an awkward situation when having to explain because IT MAKES NO SENSE TO THWM EITHER! If it’s for the cup cool say that but you could literally charge the same $.50 you charge for the large water.

Very poor customer service. Messed up my order, forget to give me what I ordered and I had to drive back to get it and then had a bad loud attitude about, while the manager was thereNot something I'm used to as a long-term Dunkin customer

I had hot tea but I didn't eat there. The staff was friendly. It gets a bit crowded there but it's convenient.Parking: There are many parking spots.

This is the closest DD with a drive-thru and I've visited this DD for years. But recently the service has been terrible. The staff are always playing around and sitting on the counter....disgusting!!! Then there's one Latino guy who uses the "N" word to address another staff in front of me and other customers. Where is management? They have no customer service etiquette and seem to not care about this business. They are often out of food but when you're ordering via app and it's paid in advance, they want you to take a substitute.

That is the poorest service I've ever gotten I asked for an extra large mocha coffee black and one sugar. What I got was lodg coffe with 5 Mocha, one sugar and 5 creamer added. And a box of the Most beat up and stale Munchkins.

Upon arrival, they was no one at the register. On the drive through section, three of the staff was talking amongst themselves while I stood there. I had to call to them to some service. This was very unprofessional.

"Dunkin' Redemption: From Dismal to Delightful at Walk Hill!"I never thought I'd be typing a review for a Dunkin' Donuts, especially after the Walk Hill location nearly turned me into a coffee hermit. But hold onto your doughnut, folks, because this Dunkin' has risen from the depths of mediocrity like a well-caffeinated phoenix!I've had more bad experiences at various Dunkin' locations than I've had awkward conversations with Siri. The Walk Hill store, in particular, was like a vortex of coffee chaos. I avoided it like I avoid Monday mornings - with extreme determination. But, surprise, surprise! This Dunkin' Donuts has undergone a magical transformation. It's like they hired coffee wizards or Jedi baristas or something. The lines move faster than a sugar rush, and I've seen lines longer than the plot twists in a telenovela vanish like my self-control in front of a box of Munchkins.I've ventured into this caffeinated haven about five times now, and each experience has been more pleasant than finding an extra munchkin at the bottom of the bag. The staff is friendlier than a golden retriever with a wagging tail, and the efficiency is smoother than the swirl on a perfectly poured iced coffee.Special shoutout to the managers - they're like the coffee gods overseeing their caffeine kingdom. They are friendly and accommodating, and they probably sprinkle a bit of magic dust in the coffee beans. Who knows? So here's to you, Dunkin' Donuts on American Legion - you've single-handedly restored my faith in the art of doughnut procurement and coffee consumption. May your lines move faast, your doughnuts stay fresh, and your coffee stay as hot as your baristas are cool. Keep it up, and consider me a Dunkin' convert once again. Good job, indeed!

They close at 8pm.It’s 6:33 I’m in the drive thru line. All the lights are on yet no one comes to the intercom…5 mins. I drive to the window. A kid sitting in the window in his phone (saying the closed with his hand) I ask thought you closed at 8.. He strafing gesturing me they closed.. Mind you I see lots of donuts still out.All I wanted was a small coffee.
