I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The first week I ordered the bagel minis which was not added good as they were before as 1 mini was burned in the top and hard. The other day even I went u hit a small hot chocolate which was very satisfying. The cashiers for both visits were pleasant.

Out of the many Dunks that I've gone to, this is surprisingly one of the better ones. It's newly renovated, so it's very bright and airy. I usually just order on the app to pick up and it's usually fairly quick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, like other Dunks around the area. The coffee quality is honestly way better than the Brookline Ave location, but too bad this is out of the way for me. I've never had a bad drink from this Dunks and I'm usually content with the taste of my coffee - for it being Dunkin's.

They were absolutely disrespectful, applied for a job there and the manager was rude and disrespectful, when I went to the interview they told me they would let me know when I can start I waited months with nothing they kept making excuses, than I called them asking for a update on my application and they told me if they didn’t call me that means I’m not what their looking for, now I don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me that to begin with instead of making me wait months with false hope. Their only excuse was “I gave her the msg” even if you gave her the msg don’t you think it’s more professional to say “I’m sorry you’re not what we’re looking for” actually even before that at the interview instead of saying you’ll let me know when I can start u should I just said we’ll call you if we would like to move forward with your application. This Dunkin is absolutely ridiculous And absolutely wasted my time. Can’t stand any of em.

Do not recommend if you're a fan of matcha lattes. They barely add any matcha powder. You are essentially paying for milk. This is something I've noticed in my last three trips to this location, so unfortunately it's not a one off experience. Additionally, something that has always stayed consistent is that they never mix the drink properly so you're sipping milk with big clumps of sugary matcha mix.

This is definitely the best Dunkin in Boston. I've worked at the nearby Brigham and Women's Hospital since 2019 and they have kept me fed and happy since then. Getting my morning Dunkin was the highlight of my day during COVID and even now I can always rely on them for breakfast. Every employee I've spoken to is very nice and the manager is an amazing person. Thanks for everything, I am grateful to you guys!

This outlet looks quite new inside, if bright-white décor is any indication. There's a steady stream of customers and pickup orders even in the late afternoon when I stopped by, but your order will be ready soon enough. The food and drink are typical Dunkin's: uninspiring coffee, airy, empty donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items. What keeps me coming back is the addictive app with its constant discounts and bonus point offers. Bonus: this Dunkin's has counter seating for about 4-5 people, and if you're lucky enough to snag the seat closest to the inner wall, you can lounge around for a bit and recharge your phone like I did. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

service got lousy in the last month!! I go there 5 days a week after work.Because I work at one of the hospitals in the area. The only good service I receive is from one of the workers netta or fracielly which I know she moved on To different employment, and junior who used to work there as well . So now i'll look in the window before I go in to see who's in there working and I'll decide if I want to go in or not.... your losing good employees and hire people Who are non-motivated to serve a customer so I will start going elsewhere....

Consistently slow. I order on the mobile app and then walk a quarter mile to pick up the order and still end up waiting for 10 minutes or longer

I love dunkin but employees here are racist. They always choose not to greet Asian customers and will never even bother to wrap the donuts properly for them busy or not busy. Seeing how they respond to non-Asian customers vs Asian customers is almost disgusting. I wonder if they're all trained to do so because I've seen it multiple times regardless of what time of day it is.
