I want to start out that this review doesn't make me happy to write. I do love supporting local businesses but my last order will be my last order. There are also no pictures. The short of this story is I feel bad leaving a bad review, but I'm torn because I thought this place serves good food and for years, it's been a favorite. So I ordered online Christmas Day evening. I completely understand it can be busy. I expected a way longer wait (and would have to obtain fresh food) but I was pleasantly surprised how quick the delivery was. I do not have a problem with courteousness with this place. I've placed many phone orders and the woman is very nice. The location is great. But the food. It's not. I ordered an app combo with a friend: Chicken fingers Boneless spare ribs Beef teriyaki Spring rolls White rice NOTHING was good. Chicken fingers were spongy and the delivery was quick...why weren't they crispy? Spare ribs looked and smelled like they were burnt from reheating way too many times. I'm not even kidding. Beef teriyaki looked like it had been run over by a steam roller only after being scorched to a crisp. Also not kidding. The spring rolls were decent. Not good. But decent. The white rice is really yellow rice and this should be described in the menu. There are like 2-3 other reviews here within a few years span that received this kind of food. I really used to like this place. It is cash only but after this last order, I can't waste my money here again. I do understand it was a holiday, but receiving food quickly and getting it this bad takes the cake. I gave two stars because they are a local business and I feel bad for giving a true and recent account. This is by all means not good food.

I called to place an order and the lady was rude, she didn’t even take my order and hanged up the phone on me. She was agitated and yelling at me just because I was double checking my order. Worst costumer service ever.

Really unprofessional the lady at the front taking orders and she just decided to don't take my order and cut my call she really need some advices on customer service and the food wasn't the same as i did taste before!!!!!!!! ???????

Would not take credit card told me cash only and refused to take order at night what kinda of bs is this place what did they have a open sign at 10.50 they close at 11.30 garbage
This hits the spot, very good portions, like the crab rangoons (maybe put in a bit more crab or if you use imitation crab), spicy Singapore dish is great, good garlic chicken or beef, a bit stingy on the shrimp dish. Good appetizers. All cash keeps prices down but they have gone up a bit twice. Always have to ask for fortune cookies they never ask.

I have going to this Chinese place for years have seen different management changes over the years!! The food quality has changed!! I am a bit disappointed! A order of fried rice with Chicken wings which had only bean sprouts and pieces of pork. No peas no other vegetables was charged extra for onions in the rice. I understand that the situation has changed after the pandemic and everything has gone up in price but at least keep the customer happy with quality food! For the prices that are being charged to new customers and old.

The rice is yellow like Spanish rice.The ribs was dry .the chicken fingers was small and tasteless.Will NOT be going there again. If I wanted yellow rice would visit a Spanish restaurant.
