As someone who at this point has tried almost every boba shop in the Back Bay/Downtown area, I can say that Happy Lemon definitely stands out as one of my favorites. Although the location isn't as convenient (it is located inside of a food court with a very different vibe than most other boba shops), the taste, quality, and value is great. It's in mall and the people didn't really talk to you much. They just asked what you wanted and then made it. Great for introverts The mall is a bit sketch but it's a mall so ofc it's gonna be like that. They don't have thai bubble Tae and they makes me sad. Though many places here don't have thai bubble tea which is so observing because its the best flavor!

This Happy Lemon is located in the Food Court Mall, so the atmosphere isn’t the best unless you’re still in high school, as that is most of the demographic. However, you can always explore Downtown Boston or the Commons, since those are nearby.The milk tea here wasn’t bad, but it was average. I think they are known for their cheese topping. I tried it once, and it does add a salty creaminess, so I recommend getting that.
