“This is a local Dorchester place that gives you pretty decent food. They call it "Jamerican" which is pretty accurate. Jamaican inspired food that leans more American flavor wise or spice wise. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They recently updated there food area which makes ordering easier. They also took over the bakery that was attached but that space hasn't really been updated. It would make a good eating area if they can find a way to update it.“
“The food is absolutely amazing and the owner is even better. Great guy to chat it out with who clearly enjoys feeding people. Plus it's the only place I know that sells Island Vibes brand drinks. They're amazing and I'm probably going to stock up“
“Went in to satisfy the kid’s ice cream craving. We were pleasantly surprised at all the flavor choices! Walked home after sharing a scoop of oreo and cookie dough (sort of sharing, the boy can be a bit stingy when the food is good...) and with a meal each: jerk chicken and stew beef. We each had a filling dinner last night AND lunch today. Thanks! Looking forward to trying ALL the ice cream flavors :)“
“Only one ?? Jamaican restaurant is the best in town. I lived in Chelsea and i drove all the way to the Boston one to get my white rice and curry goat. And a peanut punch. No to mention the oxtail with rice and peas I recommend ? only one to everyone who asked me for a restaurant to go eat.“

“Wow came to stop bye on a truck run . I'm so glad I found this place . It was 5pm and they were already sold out of oxtail and fish . So sad I missed out but the curry coat and bbq j*** was outstanding! Thanks so much I'd love to come back when I visit Boston again !“
“My first time ordering food there. It was not too bad I must say. I had the curry goat with a side of Mac and cheese pie. I wish they had a bigger space. The two young ladies in there are nice. They are doing the best they can but for the sake of parking spaces, they will probably need to hire more people to shorten the line and wait time.“
“I noticed the server didn't have her braids tied up and as she's serving the food her braids are all over the place, which is unsanitary and nasty. On top of being on her cellphone and messing up one of the orders after repeating it numerous times. I patronize this establishment often and have never experience or witnessed this before.“
“Fun little hole in the wall. I am new to this cuisine and asked for suggestions. I ended up getting Ox Tail and enjoyed it. My buddy got stewed chicken and finished all of it. The highlight was the meat. Sides were good but nothing special. I want to try the beef patties next:)“
“Get the jerk chicken. It’s delicious. I was on my long run and stopped here as a mid run food break, rest stop. The jerk chicken and rice was amazing. I will definitely be back next week for more food haha. This place was packed too! So busy. I knew it had to be good.“
