Unfortunately I use Jimmy John's a lot since I travel extensively. While most JJ are awesome, the delivery for this JJ was pathetic. I was staying at the Westin hotel, just across the street from this JJ location, due to time crunch I was unable to walk over, so I ordered a delivery and added a tip and instructions to the order, please call from lobby, I will meet you.I did get a call from the delivery guy, but he did not speak any English other than, lobby. He kept saying lobby, I asked where are you, by the door, bar, check in? I just got "lobby"...I'm super excited you can speak Spanish, but since your in the customer service industry and you work in the USA, perhaps, just perhaps learn the language that your customers are overwhelmingly using...

Had a good experience here. They need more Jimmy Johns locations as they are on of the better sandwich shops. Ingredients, meat is always great. Good job.

Jimmy John's in Boston has that bustling energy of the city. Grabbed a Pepe sandwich last time, and the freshness of the bread was unparalleled. Amidst the swift service, the staff still had a moment to share a smile. It’s the quick bite of comfort amidst the urban rush.Vegetarian options: accomodatingDietary restrictions: They're pretty good about food allergiesKid-friendliness: they have sandwiches for kiddosWheelchair accessibility: yes

Probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had, the bread is horrible. Only came here because it was the only place close to the convention center for ease-of-use.Jimmy John’s not a good place to get a sandwich? will not be returning.

Man at register is rude and rushes customers. Then told me I was rushing him. Worst service in my life/

Went here during the PAX East convention, and to have Jimmy John's as an option is really refreshing. I have heard nothing but great things and to finally try it makes me not want to consider any other sandwich shop for my sandwiches.Only wish is that I was up in Boston more than once a year

Always so good. I’d come here more often but I live an hour away. Worth the stop.

Big fan of their new jalapeño ranch chicken wrap!! Might be replacing the bootlegger as my top choice. In addition to their sandwiches and wraps another highlight is their jalapeño chips, big fan and great crushed up in any sandwich for a bit of a kick.I typically get Jimmy John’s delivered, but I went to the store to pick up for the first time in a while and service was just as fast. There was a unique smell when I walked in that bothered me a bit but otherwise place was clean and there was no line. May stick with their ‘freaky fast’ delivery, but either way I’d highly recommend

Delivery driver sat the food on the doorstep, just off the public sidewalk, in the rain. Did not knock. Did not call or text. Just left the food to get soaked and expected me to somehow know it was sitting out there. I only found out after calling the store. Oh - and this was after I had prepaid a tip on my credit card.

The skimpiest subs I've ever seen. Literally not worth it to eat here.

Good service but the food wasn't great and it was overpriced.
