Ice cream itself was very good, and we liked being able to watch it being made! It was a bit of a bummer that the sesame flavor wasn’t available, since it was what I was there for, but both the matcha flavor and the cookie butter were not overly creamy and not too sweet. If anything it was a bit firmer than regular ice cream, but I didn’t mind it. The presentation is very aesthetic and I enjoyed that he crushed the oreo into my matcha ice cream in the making process. Experienced workers, very delicious ice creams/desserts. Hand made. Cash only. Long line but pretty quick to make the orders. Would definitely go again. No wheelchair access/entrance.

Very cool place (pun intended)! This is the first time I have seen this kind of ice cream and it was delicious. They first take a base cream and pour it on what looks like a crepe maker (except cold) then blend in the other ingredients for the specific flavor. Finally, they scrape it off into small rolls and add toppings.It takes a few minutes more than standard ice cream due to the process, but totally worth it!
