Well ok, I admit the cookies are good, it's expensive but mama the taste. On the other hand, the new lemon cookie which is $4.75 instead of $4.25 would be a matter of dosing. The uncooked dough still of course falls in the stomach. Still a line but it goes quickly.

We just ordered a delivery from levain and all I can say is if you have a gluten or dairy allergy do not order from here. My partner and I just ordered cookies and they placed the gluten free vegan cookies in the same box as his normal cookies. BEYOND DANGEROUS! NOT ALLERGEN FRIENDLY! You could get someone seriously sick from cross contamination.Vegetarian options: Not safe for vegans. Cookies are packaged with non vegan cookies.Dietary restrictions: Not safe for gluten allergies. Gluten cookies are packaged with gluten free cookies.

I really wanted to like the gluten free cookie, but unfortunately it had the texture of wet sand.

Worst customer service experience, aggressive and exclusive culture, lack of responsibility and ownership, defensive and closed to feedback.

It’s quite cozy inside, and there’s a delightful aroma as soon as you step in. The staff recommended the double chocolate chip cookie as their top seller, and they were spot on. While the taste was not bad, I found the chocolate chip one was a bit sweet for me. Personally, I lean towards the oatmeal raisin scones. They both pair perfectly with coffee!

It’s universally expected that if you buy a muffin from a nice bakery it was baked that morning. Not the case for this place. I have regularly bought muffins in the morning that are stale and ice cold, obviously stored in the refrigerator overnight. Fairly new business already cutting corners and ripping off their paying customers. Great business plan.

I think it's better than the levain I tasted in New York. I came here to buy cookies to take to a gathering.First of all, it’s delicious and special enough to be worth the price!I am sensitive to artificial sweeteners, but I think the ingredients are good. It tastes like a real steamed cookie ^^ I ate it the next day after purchasing it and the taste was just as delicious.

For my first visit, I tried the signature chocolate chip walnut cookie that started it all. $5.25 was quite expensive for a cookie, but the cookie was very heavy. I liked the crispiness of the outside and the thick, gooey center. The walnut taste was distinguishable but subtle. I definitely recommend heating up the cookie to melt the chocolate chips because it tasted better that way. However, it also tasted fine at room temperature. The inside had a cool mural of Boston but no seating. However, there are seats outside, which would be nice in the summer. It was empty when I went, so service was fast.

Ordered cookies for local delivery which were delivered to the wrong location (I was sent a picture of a location that was not my address). Contacted the driver immediately with no response and no refund has been offered.

Beautifully packaged sweets. Thick, indulgent cookies that are 6 ounces each and about 800 kcal. My favorite was the cranberry oatmeal scone — buttery, fluffy, airy, and moist.
