We were trying to get into a restaurant our hotel recommended but they were over-booked with a wait list of reservations. So we kept walking and found Joe's. I told my husband if they had lobster mac and cheese I was sold, he did not see the lobster add-on but I was pleasantly surprised when we went in and they had it. On weekdays at noon, I walked in without making a reservation and got a seat. It seemed about 70% full.The ten-hour prime rib (in vernacular) with fries is not bad. It tastes very American, very much like the meals you would eat at American restaurants like Fridays. Because I wanted to eat vegetables, I added some side dish.
