No frills, low key coffee spot where locals come for their caffeine fix. Mud House features an expansive list of flavored coffee options similar to what you can find at places like Coffee Break. The iced coffee is decent. You'll get more flavoring than any bitterness from the coffee. The large size is huge. No espresso drinks though. Food offerings are pretty standard. I adore this coffee shop! In addition to the great food and drinks, everyone is always so friendly and SO efficient. I've been able to swing through omw to work and get a coffee in MINUTES. Truly sets my tone for the day.

Impossible to get a bad cup of coffee at this place! It's standard procedure to ask if the color is okay and they will fix it if not. The girls are an absolute delight, so sweet and engaging! This has become my regular coffee spot and the girls' energy (+ the delicious coffee) give me life after working my overnight shifts. The owner is wonderful as well. Try the toffee caramel iced coffee - you won't be disappointed!
