On a quick trip to Boston, we were determined not to eat anywhere we could eat at home. Originally walked right by, but they had me at "hot sandwich" so we went in. Sandwiches were delicious. Hubby had a toasty turkey and I scarfed down the Pizza Melt. Warmed us from the inside out. Friendly service, yummy food- doesn't get much better. **Don't walk by!"
Was disappointed. Ordered the BLT online and added Cheese and Mayo using their buttons to specify. Showed up 10ish minutes later and the place was empty, mine was the only To-Go on the shelf. However, it was missing the cheese and mayo. Unfortunately didn't discover this until I got back to my office and their website said to call the local store if there was a problem with your order. Didn't bother because I didn't have the time to go back. Just wish I could've gotten reimbursed...read full review
