Food was great but the waitress never came back to our table, not even to bring our appetizers, only our entrees. Sat for 30min waiting for the check. Only time they gave me service is when I got up to leave after waiting so long for the

Stopped there for drinks after seeing a dreadful show. The bartenders were all very friendly and efficient, and the drinks were good too!

Went there with my wife and another couple. We sat down in a spot someone had just left and it was kind of messy. We waited a very long time to get our first drink order in. Both me and wife made eye contact with two separate bar tenders who looked away and didn't acknowledge us. Eventually we got our drink order in but had to ask for menus and had to ask someone to wipe down the bar. The food took a very long time but I have to admit that it was very good. They make their own beer there but I didn't order it so I can't say anything either way

We went to this bar because it was walking distance to the hotel we were staying. We thought we would grab a bite to eat and drink. Initially, the bar tender was attentive but once we put in an order for food we were forgotten. After seeing others get their food after we ordered we inquired seveval time to which the bartender/server said that he it would come out momentarily. Then waited another 15 minutes and he said that someone else took our food. It was just chicken fingers and fries. Although, they eventually came out there were 6 very skinny chicken fingers and about 12 fries. We were given another drink on the house but didnt want anther drink. There were other details that were just not up to par for a $17 dollar chicken finger app. We wont be back! So many other choices.

Unfortunately, we had to leave after waiting 25 minutes past our reservation time to be seated, because the previous diners were lingering. We will take Rock Bottom off of our list of pre-show eateries. The front of house staff were very pleasant, but unable to either get the lingering diners to leave, or problem solve to figure out another solution.

Great appetizers and food. Beer on tap was also great too. The service was alright - we came at a time where there wasn't many people around so we were expecting quick service with our waiter behind around as we dined. But instead the service was curiously slow and our server was always nowhere to be found. I'm going to assume this was an off night or maybe there wasn't much staff in the kitchen making the food, but it was curious. Either way, the food and beer was great so I don't mind coming back.

HORRIBLE! I came to this so called “brewery” on 02/28/24 around 6pm. This place calls itself a brewery & for some reason any of the beers I wanted they were out of… They only had coronas? The waitress did not inform us beforehand that we couldn’t substitute the normal fries for garlic fries. & instead charged us for a whole order of the garlic fries. She did not offer to take the fries back after we told her we didn’t want a full order of the fries. DO NOT GO HERE! Not worth the time and money! Terrible service & wait time also. 0 stars if I could. Save your time & money & go somewhere else!

We were visiting Boston for the night and walked downtown for a place to have dinner, Rock Bottom definitely called our attention. The atmosphere was great, good music, service was really friendly from the start. We had nachos, shrimps, and pizza with a decent wine, and it was good!!...Overall experience was lots of fun.#Highlyrecommended [email protected] and @soIsayIcancook

If you’re looking for drinks go somewhere else! Impossible to get a drink. Came in with a group of 4 for some drinks. Bartender absolutely pretended like the right side of the bar didn’t exist. Was only concerned with the left side and socializing with those customers. We couldn’t even get his attention for a second round so we moved on to the next bar.

Great location for a dinner before a show at the Wang Theater. Went there pre-show dinner and ordered shareables for our table. We got the nachos with triple dips. Guac was amazing! Queso and salsa were okay. Chicken tenders with dipping sauces were great! But the star of the dinner was the fish tacos- sooo good! A fun atmosphere and quick service!

Being that it was directly across from my hotel, I figured I'd give it a shot. I have to say, not impressed. The service was good. My server kept on top of things without being all up in my business, so that's a positive. I ordered the veggie burger. While it was cooked properly, it lacked flavor. The fries were some of the worst I've ever had. They had the same texture you'd get if you microwaved yesterday's leftovers. I then opted for the brownie with ice cream( hard to mess up ice cream). The ice cream was good, but the brownie, on the other hand, required a jack hammer to cut. All in all, I would not recommend coming here.
