Really nice atmosphere in a very nice hotel. Food was delicious! Unfortunately, don't expect the service to match. We sat for about 10 minutes before someone (not even our waiter) brought us water. We had to go ask for own menus and once our waiter came by for our order that was the last time we saw him. Had to flag down other employees for anything.

I had Anna serve me and my team on several occasions during our visit and we noticed on several accounts that she functioned as the sole server for over 40 people, and alongside a bus boy. She truly presented as focused, collected, organized, and demonstrated her ability to show good customer service on multiple fronts. She appears to have the skill to operate at higher functions with her supporting our visit as a very pleasant experience. She made the experience at the restaurant the reason our team preferred to remain local to our hotel vs. going to another site.

It's not always about the place, very often it is about the people and I felt that I was local and a part of the local environment because of the amazing staff at this Bar..

Recently had brunch here. We sat at the bar and service was incredible. Food was top notch and was big portions. The service was above and beyond. It was our first time in Boston and between our bar tender and the manager they were able to give fantastic recommendations on other places to visit. Overall just a great visit. Thanks again from your Alabama guests!

We have been to Rose Town on a number of occasions and had a wonderful experience. However, our last trip to the restaurant proved to be unfortunate. Our server, while friendly, didn't write our order down and consequently things didn't come out as they should have. She then blamed it on the kitchen. The food was ok once we did get what was ordered but the service was still not good. We'd ask for things like milk for coffee and ketchup for our food and not get it for so long that we didn't need it anymore. Major bummer!

Great dinner at Rose! You have to order the chicken entree it was so juicy and cooked perfectly. The skin had the best crisp it was unreal! Heather was our server and she was great - she recommended the chicken. The meatball pizza was great too, meatballs were sliced thin and had a great flavor. Cannot wait to go back.

M for "meh" for the bartender on a not busy Tuesday night. Stopped by with a friend (we are Boston locals) for a drink and the bartender was really not friendly or attentive. There were 7 people around the bar and just a few in the dining area. When we sat down, no "hello" or "just a minute guys" just ignored for a few minutes until he was ready to take our drink order. Bad vibes. Check out one of the many more colorful bars within spitting distance!

Stayed at the hotel and was so shocked that this restaurant was so good. Sometimes hotel restaurants are hit or miss. This is a hit. Ate here twice. First time got the burger the salad was so good that came with it. The burger was so delicious too! But that salad was a huge hit. 11/10 on the whole dish. Second night got the lobster Mac and cheese was so shocked how much I loved this. The sauce was the best thing! Big fan! 10/10. Will definitely come here without staying at the hotel.

It was my friends birthday dinner and the food was mid, asked for coke they gave me a Diet Pepsi, asked for vegetables and didn’t get them. Waited almost an hour to get our entrees didn’t get any appetizers. Over priced, don’t get me wrong it’s really nice inside but don’t be fooled about the service and food it was horrible. Seriously was unpleasant.

I came to Boston on my birthday trip and stayed at the Canopy. We ate dinner here the second day. It was honestly so, so, SO good! The crostini and meatballs were the best. My partner had pizza which was good. We also split some chicken wings. The vibes were immaculate, it was so romantic and they were playing my jams!! Our waiter was amazing and the bartender was also amazing. We had a really good experience here, and at the Canopy as a whole.

Extremely LOUD restaurant. Waiters LITERALLY running in and out of the kitchen. Unless you get a bottle of wine, you are looking to flip these tables within 40 minutes. Food is slightly above average at best because of all the food they are getting in and out of the kitchen every 10 seconds.

I hope the management sees this. The staff is amazing like top notch but management is so poor because they did not staff well on New Year’s Eve which took away from people’s experience. To no fault of the amazing waitress, bartender and cook. Having one person waitressing and one person bartending and one chef on New Year’s Eve is not ok.
