I had Anna serve me and my team on several occasions during our visit and we noticed on several accounts that she functioned as the sole server for over 40 people, and alongside a bus boy. She truly presented as focused, collected, organized, and demonstrated her ability to show good customer service on multiple fronts. Recently had brunch here. We sat at the bar and service was incredible. Food was top notch and was big portions. The service was above and beyond. It was our first time in Boston and between our bar tender and the manager they were able to give fantastic recommendations on other places to visit. Overall just a great visit. Really nice atmosphere in a very nice hotel. Food was delicious! Unfortunately, don't expect the service to match. We sat for about 10 minutes before someone (not even our waiter) brought us water. We had to go ask for own menus and once our waiter came by for our order that was the last time we saw him. Had to flag down other employees for anything.
