“We are doing a world cruise on the Coral Princess and went to Yankee Lobster for lunch. It was absolutely delicious, heaps of lobster in the roll and fries too. My hubby had a roast chicken sandwich with fries and a Fresh Lobster Ale as well and he loved it. We had a recommendation from our tour guide and a taxi concierge... so we knew it had to be good when the locals say to go there. I forgot to show our waiter the photo I took of him, so I hope he sees it here.. Thank you 10/10 gor food and service.“

“The first time as a European tourist in Boston, of course, was also on my wish list to try a "lobster roll" for the first time in my life.\n\nOn a walk to the harbour, I came across JAMES HOOK & Co, where I was simply approached by the charming house, the decoration, the planting and the information that it was founded in 1925. \n\nMy credo is always "If a business has been on the market for such a long time...they know what they are doing, do it with passion and just have to be good + if someone values the external design, they also give value to their food and will prepare it well and create an appropriate ambience for them to shine and taste".\n\nUnfortunately, I had to realize that I was there three minutes before closing time, the employees were in the middle of cleaning up and cleaning. So I took a heart and asked one of the employees if I could still order a Lobster Roll quickly as it would be my last day in Boston and I would like to try a Lobster Roll once in my life. So he asked a colleague, who in turn went into the house and asked someone there. \n\nHe invited me to come in and I quickly ordered the original ...which I received within a minute and ate outside.\n\nSometimes simple compilations can be so good...even if you as a European can't imagine that at first and initially feel pity for the lobster that landed its triggered meat in simple mayo on a warm light simple bun...but honestly: \n\nIt was really delicious...and the composition was coherent. \nThe lobster meat was of very good quality...you could just taste it. It was nicely mixed with the delicious majo and pulled through, plus the warm bun....simple but damn delicious and authentic. \n\nI can wholeheartedly recommend it...and obviously many others. Because as I only read later, when I looked around on their website, JAMES HOOK & Co even received several awards.\n\nBesides, it is an owner-managed family business in the third generation..and such businesses that are an original and bring a lot of work and passion to their actions, I think it is important to support!“

“Don't pass on a chance to dine at Ostra. My wife and I went after a friend recommended it. We were absolutely amazed with the whole experience. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, our table was ready and our waiter was exceptionally attentive. The food was out of this world as were the cocktails. We will surely go back!“

“First time at Limani in Seaport Boston for lunch. There were 7 of us, we all got the lprix fixe lunch combos. The value for the quality of food and amount of food was amazing. We different appetizers and they all were fresh and plentiful. Our entrees were perfectly cooked and desserts were on point. We were all impressed by the food and service was good too.“

“If you want to eat oysters in Boston, you have a lot of options. We tried Little whale oyster bar one night and it was really worth it. The food was good. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing. For such a small place, they know how to do it right. The oysters were really fresh. The fish and chips were soooo good.“

“Had my first visit to Bootleg Special last night and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of the meal, from the creative drinks to the delicious appetizers to the fantastic main course was outstanding. Our server, Alex, was attentive and very pleasant. And last, but certainly not least, the beignets after dinner were spectacular. Looking forward to my next visit!“

“we had a wonderful experience all around on a busy Sunday. The manager, Russ, greeted us with a warm smile, setting the tone for a great evening. we sat outside and Jorge F, took great care of us. He was prompt but we never felt rushed. the food was excellent, the Lobster cones are a great new item. we also had the classic mussels. The grilled salmon was delicious. Russ was leading his team through a busy shift but was able to make time to ensure everything was just right. The best in the Seaport.“

“My favorite hand roll place. Overall great food and speedy service. The handrolls are super fresh and come out quickly so everything stays fresh and flavorful. We ordered salmon mango, foe grais, miso butter cod and spicy scallops and all of them are really good. Highly recommend the spicy scallops. Our server Stelle are friendly, efficient, and keep things moving without rushing you. Easy spot for a really satisfying meal.“

Katie, the bartender, made one of the best lychee cocktails I’ve had — perfectly balanced and so refreshing. I also want to acknowledge Gary, the director of operations, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality. Our culinary choices led us to two exquisite dishes: the "Braised Clayton Mutton with Radish" and the Salt and Pepper Squid. The mutton dish, thoughtfully seasoned to perfection, struck an impeccable balance that pleased the palate without overwhelming it with saltiness. We dined here by chance initial and ate at the bar which we like to do to take in the ambience and atmosphere and this place has that in abundance, so much so we actually decided to eat their 2 nights on the run, largely because of the truly amazing experience provided by Miguel and the stunning food. “Just had an okay meal here. Vibes and atmosphere were nice, but the food did not live up and we were disappointed with how long the end of the meal took. They were clearly short staffed, as we saw our server running around trying to help all of her tables and so we do not blame her—she was great! It just shouldn’t take 30 minutes to order dessert after receiving the menu. The meatballs and ham & cheese sandwich were my favorite, but still a 4/5.“
“Visited ****** with a friend who has been going there for years. She grabbed the frozen shrimp and lobster. I grabbed the scallops wrapped in bacon and a few bags of the beautiful stuffed clams. It is fast-paced there so you've gotta be ready to move out of the way of employees with the boxes on dollies. But the guy who checked us out was sweet and hilarious and so accommodating. Will definitely go back there very soon. “

“First time to Boston and I was on the lookout for the best clam chowder. Three times is definitely the charm in this case. Other places that I visited were mostly creamy soup, bland, and very little clam included. But this one was flavorful and filled with clam pieces. The lobster roll was also amazing as well as the calamari. Plus, it was just three minutes away from our hotel!! Just couldn’t beat the combination. Highly recommend.“
