WHATTT! I can't believe the nasty reviews.I work and the area so I come by often and everyone is so pleasant even the week day people I see maybe once a month because the line was too long on the plaza. In 3 years, I've only ever had one problem and it was fixed immediately. This reviews stems from multiple experiences but there was one particular day where I was in shambles and they took care of me. I could be projecting because I was having a particularly bad day, so I decided to treat myself to a large coffee and go the extra mile with spending the insane upcharge they have for vanilla cold foam. Workers were really nice and polite, but I didn't get the cold foam. I saw its absence, and wanted to make sure that they did in fact leave out the foam... to which they replied "I think that's it right there" and pointed to the foam from the SHAKEN espresso...I looked at him quizingly...read full review
