I just walked away from that store , they’re extremely disrespectful. I ordered a Pumpkin Cold Brew in the store . There were 8 people working, they were all laughing and talking between them . They were doing everything except providing a decent service. They should respect customers and their time .
The only reason I keep coming back to this particular location is because I work nearby. It's overcrowded and the food and drinks are inconsistent. Don't expect much in the ways of quality control since most (if not all) of the employees are students.I've had drinks that have either been watered down, filled to the top with ice, or had an extra (like syrup that I paid for) missing. The food I've received is sometimes OK, but I've had their wraps and sandwiches fall apart or burnt...read full review
