This has got to be the most slowest Starbucks ever! Even when you order ahead you have to prepare to wait an extra 15 mins. Most times you don’t even know your order is ready because they don’t announce it. I walked in to get coffee and was happy there was only one person ahead of me. No one greeted me while I waited in line for over 10 minutes. The cashier attended to the customer ahead of me and went directly to the back without saying he’ll be right back. I continue to wait and eventually walked out without the coffee. I was very disappointed. Staff need more training in customer service if this location is going to be successful.

Everything about this location is inconsistent. Almost every time I go, my drink needs to be remade. Their store hours are absolutely ridiculous and at this point, the location might as well cease to exist.
