5 stars for the super friendly staff! Ha in particular makes all the customers feel welcome. She remembers all the regulars by name and when she's making drinks, they're always made perfectly. Would always recommend this location!

Something is going on with this store, it's gone down hill in the past couple of months. The baristas seem like they're going to have a breakdown and I'm pretty sure I saw one of them crying a few weeks ago. Orders come out wrong more often. They were out of almost everything today, like...no soy milk? Who is running this store?

On Monday, January 6th I went to the Starbucks in front of 125 High Street for a coffee and pastries. The barista that took my order wasn't paying attention to what I was saying and got my order messed up. She gave put the wrong type of syrup in the drink, I kindly asked her to put the correct type in, I even mentioned that she didn't have to remake it. Just add the syrup on top. When I got back to my office, the drink was immensely sweet and I could only have one sip. On that day, the temperature was about 20 degree C. I decided that I would return on a warmer day to voice my opinion and concerns. Today, January 9th I went back, I told the barista what happened and his response was "Ohh". I ordered another drink and pastry, but while I was waiting for my drink - his response bothered me. I went back and told him I needed a refund for that day. He explained to me that no one would do such a thing, completed discrediting what I said. Eventually he gave me a $4 card, and to be quite honest, I think the card is empty. While I was waiting for my new drink, the barista called out "Kersten", I had to ask if that was my drink. Turns out the barista that I complained to, didn't even get my name right. Starbucks, I love you but this is crappy service!!
