People that work here don't know the menu. Ordered a 6 in and they gave me a foot long. Had to read out menu for them.
Today I went there for my half hour break for lunch. The Cashier and other employees barely spoke English. So when I paid with Apple Pay, an error occurred on Subways end but money was taken out of my account. Still the Cashier double charged me for a large Cheesey Garlic Steak and cheese 13.99 the first time and then 16.69 the second time and both times the money came out of my account. The staff doesn’t understand what we’re asking for and they’re very rude, they refuse to listen and I feel scammed, half the ingredients aren’t available and they don’t bother to tell you until after the sandwich is made
