The Palm is a lovely restaurant with great service and management. While some dishes like the chicken parm and burger may have had issues, the staff was quick to rectify any problems. A family of 7 had a satisfying Sunday lunch, with solid cocktails and delicious food, although one seafood dish was a bit too salty. The manager, Corey, went above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy, even treating them to a complimentary birthday carrot cake. Overall, The Palm provided a much-needed positive dining experience.
