a small cozy resturant with an slight open kitchen. quite busy on weekends during lunch hour - and be mindful because they only take cash! portions of ramen are a little small for american standard but for me perfect, not tooo filling and heavy on the stomach. got the shoyu ramen which was wonderuflly light and had a wonderufl truffle flavor from the oil. friend got the yuzu shoyu ramen which had a nice citrus taste to combat the depth of the broth. found the torched pork belly...read full review
This was one of the best ramen I've ever eaten.The pasta was at the right point, the sauce tasty.It has Japanese beverage options.The environment is small and only accepts cash payments, but it is really worth going to eat there.
