the beef noodle soup was really good and the portion size was good. the food court however isn't the best.

Came here based on another reviewer's recommendation of the liang pi with sesame sauce, and can confirm it is *perfection*. Hit the spot on the warm spring day.

Delicious and authentic xi'an cuisine that absolutely hits the spot. I came here for the first time recently and was blown away by how flavorful and tasty it was.

AWFUL! SCAMMER! I ordered combo C and asked them to put the pickle separately. What I got in the end was missing rougamo, and noodles with pickle. So I called back asking for a refund as the restaurant is far from where I live. The owner refused to refund and said they would only remake the order. I told her I live far and asked for refund. In the end, she just hung up on me and said she is incapable for refund. It's been four days since the incidence, and I didn't get any follow up. The restaurant still owes me money in which they could have simply refund back to my credit card, transfer to my bank account, Zelle, etc. It seems to me that the owner just wants to keep every penny. There're plenty great other options in food court. Keep away from this place if you want something good.

Located in a cute food court in Downtown Crossing that is only open for lunch. Super fast takeout-style service. Tasted a lot like the Mongolian Big Plate Chicken dish: big portion sizes and really great flavor. Still, for some reason, I didn't particularly enjoy it or finish it because it was pretty heavy but not filling. I personally find the super wide hand-pulled noodles difficult to eat and maneuver so there is definitely a bit of a personal bias against this dish in general. But it was better than NYC's Xi'an Famous Foods and they do do the wide hand-pulled noodles very well if you're into that. And the pricing is great for portion size.

Got this as Uber eats take out and it was not bad! We ordered the biang biang noodles which was so tasty! It was quite oily, but I do think that is the style with this cuisine. I liked the hand thick cut noodles. We also ordered the pork belly rougamo and lamb rougamo. I'm not sure if they serve it hot, but we heated it up in the air fryer and it was SO good! We also ordered a taro green milk tea with jelly which I thought was okay, a bit too sweet for my preference.

I LOVE this place!!! their sesame liang pi is *chef's kiss*. It's a little far from me so I always get their place delivered and it tastes amazing every time. Their rou jia mou burgers are also good, the bun is very flaky. I've also had their biang biang noodles which are good, the dough isn't super thick which I like. This is one of my go to spots so I highly recommend!

A hole in the wall in this food court 5 min away from Chinatown. I got the Pork Stew Rougamo or 腊汁猪肉馍 for 5.99. The size of this is like the size of a McDonald kids hamburger, but it's stuffed full of pork, both fatty and lean, creating the perfect combo in the mouth. I would love the bun to be flakier and crispier, but I really look forward to trying more of their food, such as the biangbiangmien. Service was good as well.

Just as what I expected. The rougamo bread is crispy and the meat is juicy and seasoned well. I would like to go back and try their noodles.

Got the Cumin lamb burgers and it was pretty disappointing. First of all, there was no cumin. Seems like it was part of the great resignation and just didn't show up. One of the burgers definitely had more peppers than lamb in them, which was disappointing. The burger itself lacked any kind of flavor and was probably not salted. Overall very disappointing.

Surprisingly authentic Chinese food for a food court. Their biangbiang noodles are great. Everything else is average.

Ok so we are giving the benefit of the doubt to Xi'An this time. We ordered the lamb noodles for takeout and unfortunately had to reheat them in the microwave at the hotel. The texture before was chewy and tender but post micro incredibly mus. Taste was great not too spicy. Not as good as the hand pulled cumin lamb noodles we have had in Flushing Queens, NYC but pretty good. We know the microwave was the culprit so our fault but unavoidable this time. Oh the cucumber fungus cold appetizer was really good. Usually we have had just had the spicy cucumber but the addition of the mushrooms gave it a deeper earthy flavor which paired well with the cucumber. Spicy Cumin Beef Biangbiang

Ordered the Beef Stew Rice and the Homemade Pork & Cabbage Dumplings for lunch, cost about $27 with taxes, which wasn't bad for the amount of food. Packaging was great. The stew was double bagged to prevent leakage. Boiled dumplings came in large bowl container. Portions were very generous. There was plenty of beef brisket in the stew with vegetables underneath soaking up the delicious liquid. Rice came in a small takeout box. Downside was that the dumplings were not fully cooked. Took a bite and immediately noticed the pork was still raw and the pleats were still doughy. . They could have probably boiled it for another 5 minutes. Took off 1 star for this issue. I'll be boiling them myself. Food 3/5 Portions 4/5 Price 4/5

Love this place. The food tasted super fresh. Authentic. Flavorful. Fairly priced for what you're getting. I only got appetizers: pork rougamo and won ton. Both super flavorful, loved every last bit of it! Didn't get to enjoy the rougamo until a hour later but it was still crunchy and good then, which speaks to quality. Wish the location was slightly better, as there wasn't parking in this little downtown area, so someone had to stay in the car while I went in to order. Food didn't take long (probs 15min), but it's a bit of a sketchy area- saw a lot of homeless-looking folks/men just hanging around this little subway-cafeteria area, so I got outta there as soon as I could.

I got the C1 combo, the rougamo and noodles are very authentic and delicious. The bun of the rougamo is crispy which is very nice.
