“I was doing some shopping at the mall today and noticed this place as I was on my way to one of the stores at the mall. I was looking to buy a bottle of spring water but when I saw the pretzels I just couldn't resist. The pretzels are good sized and have just the right amount of salt on them. The service was excellent as far as being able to get waited on quick and get what I needed but the person who waited on me did not thank me when I handed them the money for my items and that is a very important part of customer service. The employee was fast and efficient however and the pretzel was delicious so I definitely think this place deserves four stars. I would even give four and a half stars if I could. If you're ever in the area I would certainly recommend that you try this place. You won't be disappointed.“
“I LOVE Auntie Anne's! I've been going to other locations for years and years. Normally, I visit the Natick Mall and Wrentham Outlet locations, but I was at Westgate the other day, and decided to stop by this location. Staff friendly and still are amazing at creating those delicious, tasty hand-rolled pretzels! They are making them right in front of you to! Prices aren't outrageous and service is consistently fast. Can't make a mistake by choosing to stop at any Auntie Anne's location! This location is also great because it's barely ever busy and everything looks fresh. Definitely one of the best stops in the Westgate Mall. Highly suggested. 5 stars.“
“This part of the mall always smells so delicious and tempting because of Auntie Anne’s. Sometimes it can get busy, but the wait is never that long. The workers are a well-oiled machine and friendly. You can watch them make the food while you wait. My favorite is the mini pretzel dogs. I’ve tried other things like the cinnamon sugar nuggets and original nuggets before, which are also good. The food tastes best hot but can also be eaten room temperature/cold.“
