“A hidden gem in Braintree. I've only done pre-ordered cakes and desserts and they have always been delicious. Made a last minute order for Thanksgiving for an apple pie and an upside down caramel apple bread pudding and they were great. Pick up was easy with very friendly service. Prices are also reasonable. To set expectations, the place definitely has more of a family run vibe and their website could use an update, but their desserts are modern, beautiful, and delicious.“

“This part of the mall always smells so delicious and tempting because of Auntie Anne’s. Sometimes it can get busy, but the wait is never that long. The workers are a well-oiled machine and friendly. You can watch them make the food while you wait. My favorite is the mini pretzel dogs. I’ve tried other things like the cinnamon sugar nuggets and original nuggets before, which are also good. The food tastes best hot but can also be eaten room temperature/cold.“
“There are lots of reasons to love Fasano's Marketplace in Braintree. The store is always immaculately clean, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Last night I discovered just how awesome that staff is. There was a small mixup with a clam plate, and the the team at Fasano's went way, way above and beyond to make it right. It was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every business makes mistakes, nobody is perfect. It's the way the mistake was handled that was truly impressive and appreciated. I will continue to get food here and continue to recommend Fasano's to all my friends and family.“
