This location needs help. I ordered lunch online for rapid pick up. Normally there’s a shelf alphabetized on the floor to pick up and go but this time there wasn’t. I looked everywhere and finally saw it behind the register. I waited for a solid 5 minutes and 3 associates clearly saw me and NEVER acknowledged me. Well it’s Panera so expect to pay a lot. However their food is pretty damn good. Most tables were kinda dirty when we went to sit and I didn’t see anyone bussing/cleaning the tables in the 30 minutes we sat. Overall good
