So, I ordered a " you pick two" with a half sandwich, chips and a soup. When I got to the drive thru window they asked my name. I gave them my name after which they said we have no order for that name. Never again.

I bought 3 Cobb salads last night and there was a bit of a wait. Obviously they were out of Cobb salads and threw something together real quick. Mine had no chicken, a whole uncut egg very little bacon and a little piece of avocado. The salads looked like something my 8 year old granddaughter would put together. And to top it off they are $14 each! $42 total for that product is totally unacceptable.

Today, I stopped with my family for dinner. While placing my order at the self-serve kiosk, I requested: Dine-In as I bought a bread-bowl soup. When I got my order, it was prepared to GO. When I asked for a plated they stated at this time plates were not available since they were locked up on the rear kitchen. I BELIEVED her and had to eat my dinner all messed up at the booth. A few minutes later, a woman sitting close to asked the same person for a plate and SHE GOT IT! Not Good and Professional Service! ??‍♂️??‍♂️?

I was extremely disappointed with my lunch at this Panera location. The ciabatta bread had a strange shape and tasted dry and stale and I had to rip off the perimeter of the sandwich in order to take bites of the meat and vegetables on the inside which were minimal. I DEFINITELY will not return! I choose Panera for its convenience and reliability of quality and taste.. an experience like this really motivates a person to ponder if spending $15 for a mediocre cafeteria sandwich is better than supporting a small local business where the people ACTUALLY care!

This is the worst Panera Bread I've visited. They didn't have any hot coffees available on a Sunday afternoon and the water for tea was warm not hot.

I had the worst drive through experience with associate V. She was rude and unaccomodating. When I asked to speak to the manager, Tabitha, I was told she was in a meeting and not available to customers other than over the drive through head set.

Do not spend your money here. While I don’t love kiosks and doing the work to order myself, I can get past that. What I can’t get past, is microwaving the food I just paid for myself. I come to a place like this to be served, if I wanted to do the work myself I’d have stayed home. Not only that but the attitude here is deplorable. Stella, the shift lead, needs a reminder of how to speak to people in general, both customers and her fellow employees. I will never be back, and I suggest you stay away.

I want to preface this review by saying I love Panera bread at all the other locations I have visited. I ordered a chicken Baha salad and a French onion soup combination. It took an inordinate amount of time to complete my order I then asked for pepper. the staff responded that they did not have any. After my completed meal arrived I noticed the salad had no chicken. I took it up to the counter and the staff member said that was the way it was rung up and walked away. I then asked to speak to the manager who said she was too busy and also walked away. Finally when she walked by again I again told that my chicken baha salad had no chicken. all the while my soup continued to get cold. She finally she said the order was wrong up wrong and I would have to got to the person ordering to pay extra for the chicken. The counter person argued that I had not ordered the salad with chicken. She then could not figure out how to charge me for the difference in what I ordered and what she rung up. she called another staff member over who assisted her in ringing in the extra dollar and change. After I paid and only then did they start making my Salad. Meanwhile my soup was ice cold after this 20 minute ordeal. I will continue to frequent Panera , just never again at the Brockton location , which is staffed by rude and incompetant staff.

Cobb salad had no bacon, no blue cheese and lettuce was mostly stems. worst Panera meal, and I've eaten at them in many states. Panera is not at all what they used to be.

Well it’s Panera so expect to pay a lot. However their food is pretty damn good. Most tables were kinda dirty when we went to sit and I didn’t see anyone bussing/cleaning the tables in the 30 minutes we sat. Overall good
