Due to everyone loving Coffee and the special treats they offer, the lines will be long. Remain calm and patient, your order will get be handed-off eventually. It is a Starbucks, but the staff is lovely here. Always working hard and friendly. Food is typical of the chain, and so is the coffee, etc. Staff does always ask if I want my pastries warmed, which is thoughtful and does not happen elsewhere. Tables could be a bit cleaner, but I hold customers at fault for that as the staff is typically too engaged to run over after each and every customer.
