I loved Auntie Anne's at the Natick Mall. Mini Pretzels are so good. So I bought the same from this store at the Burlington Mall without any hesitation.It tasted terrible, full of the flavor of baking soda, not fresh. I will never buy food from this store location. I guess not all pretzels are created the same. After all, it is people who are behind those products and services.

i waited in line for so long just to get up to the register and the guy said they only have cinnamon left. then i asked ok can we just order and wait, and for the first time i ever heard this he said we have to come back when they have it he can’t just let us order like what???? i’ve always get to order and wait since when did this rule came up!!!

The cost of the sauce its almost the price of the pretzel bites.Bought Bites, Caramel and a bottle of water for $13.75, that price you could buy a full size meal.

The pretzels are super soft, warm, and delicious. The pretzel bites burst with flavour. Lemonade is fresh. Service incredible!

Way too long to wait for pretzels. Wasted an entire 30min lunch waiting for something that I was told would take "9mins" Being in a mall, with a lot of employees, you need to be faster and be prepared!! Busy Mall...... Be prepared and be honest with wait times?!!!
