This place would be fine for lunch but I wouldn't recommend for dinner. Bright lightening and they close early 8 o'clock. Service was very good. The salad was good, crab bisque was just okay and sandwich was just ok. Avocado was missing from sandwich and toast was hard must have been sitting. We found the wine was very expensive. You could buy a bottle of the wine we ordered for the price of what we paid for a glass.

My experience at Basil's has been good until recently. We were served with paper plates which was quite unprofessional for a restaurant. Then, as my family and I left, we noticed we were the only people being served with paper plates, while EVERY other table had real glass dishes. I find this quite insulting, and I am coming to a conclusion that this was due to my families RACE. We are Korean and the only POC at the restaurant while being served. I would give this place a 0/5 for service. UNACCEPTABLE and quite RACIST servers.

They still haven't fixed the dishwasher. A few weeks ago, had salad and soup in cardboard soup bowl and plastic plate. Went to have dinner a week ago while out Xmas shopping and still seen plastic being used and was so bummed out because the food is so good, but I can't be served with plastic utensils and plates. We turned around and left.

Have been here for lunch Many times. Have always found the food especially fresh and delicious. I keep bringing friends and they are always happy and impressed with the food. I have never found better service anywhere.Vegetarian options: The berries were so delicious, better than anything I could find in the stores. All salad ingredients went above and beyond.

I rarely give 5 stars. Here 3 stars is good. Staff did a nice job making cookies for a birthday celebration. 3 staff sang. they werenwonderful at trying to make it a nice day. The ambiance of the space is nice. food was good with some very good foods and some improvement needed for some of the others. My Dad, a picky eater, loved the chicken and garlic pasta. Ginger sesame salad was very good. calamari appetizer was good- but a bit overcooked (chewy) Salmon was a bit over cooked as well. Steak was tough. some improvements would make this a better place. Prices are a bit high for the quality of cooking.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a restaurant inside a mall department store, but Bazille was surprisingly wonderful! It's well lit and the food was superb. I had the crab bisque, Nicoise salad, and creme brulee, all of which were excellent. The service left a little to be desired as our waiter didn't come by once after serving us our food. Once we flagged him down, however, he was quick to refill our drinks and take our dessert order. I'd definitely come back again.

Nestled within Nordstrom's in Burlington, MA, Bazille is a true hidden gem that's worth uncovering. Let me tell you, this place is a haven for anyone with a hearty appetite and a taste for top-notch gourmet food.First off, the Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts – perfectly fried and loaded with flavor. They're like the ultimate appetizer that sets the tone for what's to come. And speaking of flavor, the Crab Macaroni & Cheese is a total heavyweight champion. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with crab, it's the kind of dish that puts a satisfied grin on your face. You won't be disappointed! Now, let's talk about the meaty stuff. The Chef's Special Braised Beef sandwich is a masterpiece – tender and succulent with accents of blueberry and jalapeno ailoi. And guys, brace yourselves for the Pimento Cheese Fried Chicken Sandwich. It's a mouthwatering combo of crispy, cheesy, and downright addictive.Keeping it real, not everything can steal the show. The Spicy Wild Shrimp Pomodoro was definitely good, but I wouldn't put in the same category as the rest of the dishes.Bottom line, Bazille is the spot if you're looking for a delicious meal that you'll think about the next day, wondering how soon you'll be back. The flavors are bold, the portions are generous, and you'll walk out with a very content appetite.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator and very wheel chair friendly.

I googled the best Caesar salad near me because I was craving a Caesar salad, this place came up, and since I was already in the Burlington Mall, I went right over and ordered a Caesar salad to go, My first impression was this place looks very clean and very cool I really like their menu and I can’t believe I never knew this place was here! I believe the girl who took my order was the hostess, she was very nice and very prompt! And the problem was though, although the Caesar salad was good, the dressing was good the croutons are amazing I like the type of lettuce they use……. But there were many brown pieces of lettuce, for $16 a Caesar salad without chicken I at least expect to be perfectly clean and fresh not brown at all

This place is picture perfect! If one wants to delectable tastes of a European food experience come to Bazille. My favorites are the Roma tomato bisque, burrata, cliantro lime salad, portabella mushroom ravioli. Finish off with pieces of art - bread pudding and crème brûlée.

What a find! Looking for a restaurant for date night, my wife stumbled across this gem. The food was as advertised, DELICIOUS!!!Everything was amazing. I’m glad we found this, the atmosphere was relaxing for a Friday night and not very busy. We will be back

This restaurant kept popping up in searches so I finally tried it out. It's hard to find tucked away on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom. The overall look of the restaurant is very nice and the staff was friendly and attentive but I was the only person there. I ordered the Fish and Chips and wasn't impressed. It seemed to be more of a wine bar with a limited food menu.Let's just say I don't need to go back.

Fantastic hidden gem in Burlington. The food was SUPERB and unlike all the other restaurants in this area, it was not overcrowded or loud. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our family dinner without the usual chaos which seems to accompany all the other nicer restaurants we tend to go to. I highly recommend it on all levels and will definitely be back. Book here, you will be very happy that you did.
