This place used to be very good, on the decline now sadly.Rude managers.Do not dine in here they are very slow, door dash orders or take out orders they have messed my order up more than 3 times.And no one picks up the phone when you call them.Place is terrible

Lazy establishment w/ bad service. Restraunt was empty and the hostess just stared at me instead of making any sort of effort to care. Didn’t want to be a Karen and ask for a manager so we just got up and left; we were there for 30 minutes and 20 of it was getting a damn table in the empty restraunt, while the last 10 was sitting there waiting for someone to come.

Terrible, terrible terrible , long wait to be seated even though the restaurant was empty , the hostess could be more dull if she tried , almost discouraging people from eating there , watched several customers leave after she told them outrageous wait times . One waitress on the floor , she was great , the only great part . The restaurant seems more interested in door dash meals and the bar . Food was alright , although they lost my son’s food (it was his birthday ), he waited and waited , although he got it an hour later and it was comped , still terrible experience!! Food was alright , although I ordered a wrap , and there was like a half of piece of chicken in it

Ordered on the website for takeout. Arrived and person went back to look for our food. Came back TEN MINUTES later and asked, "What's your name again?" Then disappeared for another five minutes with the food. All would be forgiven if the food was good, but it was mild in temp with parts the chicken wings cold. It tasted hard and stale and clearly had sat out for quite a while after being cooked. For the price they charge, I definitely do not recommend.Dietary restrictions: Chicken wings and certain sauces are dairy free

Worst of the lot. Even on the low traffic days and literally the place is empty still say minimum one hour wait times. Staff is very rude and doesn’t even want to work to get the customers in. They just wander around and waste time.

I remember when bww was actually a cool spot to eat. Not anymore the wings are horrible, no flavor and overcooked. The burger was actually very good, its the only reason I'm giving it a 2 star. Tavern , yard house and Tony cs has better wings. No wonder why it's a dying Brand. There is no standard on anything.

1:30 on a Friday just trying to get lunch with my two kids. Sat at the table for 15 minutes after being sat. No one came to our table. Not a single "I'll be right with you". Had to get up and leave. Kids were getting hangry. Management should try hiring more staff.

Overpriced chicken. Additionally, there is a massive parking lot that's usually empty, as well as tons of space devoted to mulch and grass yet nowhere to lock a bike.

The food was great, but the bartenders were more worried about hanging out talking to people I assume were their friends then to take your order. I had to wait 15 minutes to get my check to leave.

Terrible customer service.Placed an order on Thursday from this BWW using Uber eats, and half of the order didn’t arrive. I spoke to Chris and he insisted that Brendan checked the order, but the bag was sealed and the other half of my order was there. Either way, the mistake cost me $ and Chris was rude and dismissive — accusing the Uber driver of stealing half the food — despite the bag being completely sealed. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

All Year Inc

Ordered a big order online, but waited 20 extra minutes from pick up time, when the restaurant was almost empty! Waiters definitely weren’t busy, because they were just standing there. I can not blame them, but something was wrong in the kitchen. There was another person waiting for his order too and it just took forever. The waitress were going back and forth asking the kitchen about our orders. Eventually they brought it and apologised for the delay.I got home and find out that one of the orders is missing! I keep calling the restaurant and no answer, really frustrating!

Inconsistent and inconsiderate service.The takeout counter cashier forgot about me and only handed me my order when those who ordered food after me got their food first. Which means I waited an extra 10 minutes or so for no reason.The cashier addressed other customers by name when giving them their food and asked them if they needed utensils.Despite making me 10 minutes longer than I should have, she did not address me by my name, offered no hint of apology or any explanation for the wait, did not mention anything about utensils, and all but threw my food across the counter.
