I have been waiting for a cup of coffee for the mast 20 mins. The staff is friendly but too chatty slowing the movement of the line. After a long wait, we got the coffee few mins ago and to my dismay, was cold. They didn’t even check to see if a fresh pot needed to be brewed. So after this long wait, back to waiting for a small cup of coffee. Please care a little when you serve your customers to try and a hot beverage hot not cold! Will take sometime to go back to this cafe nero.

I went yesterday with my family after shopping. After spending a good amount of money on terrible lattes the people that were with us had a to go container of food waiting for us to get our order. Like a customer has the right to sit in a table to wait we did. When a lady with the rudest customer service attitude yelled from the cash register (we were on the other side of the store) to put the container away, when it was away the whole time. As I’m waiting again for something else I wanted to order the man at the register with the rudest customer service (even worse than hers) told me i had to leave his establishment now. I continued to wanted to order but he just kept staring and saying to leave now with my family. I never write reviews even if i had a bad experience. But it’s insane how this place has business with them two. Asking a customer to leave just because we had a CLOSED TO GO CONTAINER is insane. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To make it all worse, when we were walking away they laughed about it with a customer that was in line behind me, they kept mocking and laughing at us. People like this shouldn’t have jobs that need to deal with customers.

Shrinkflation is alive and well at Caffe Nero. The Caprese Baguette I ordered is literally 50% the size it was just a short while ago. Disgusting. It's a form of theft they should rethink very seriously.

Once I walked in, it had a welcoming feel. Everything was kept clean and representable, the barista was very knowledgeable about the food a drinks here. She gave a great recommendation of the chicken salad on a croissant, which was to die for, nice and flaky croissant with nice pieces of chicken. I ordered a cold brew with cream and caramel which was perfect and tasted bold, just how I like it. The barista also recommended a cinnamon roll muffin, it had cinnamon and sugar oozy from the inside and a croissant type breading around. It was AMAZING! The prices were not bad at all, very affordable. Overall I had a great experience friendly staff, good atmosphere I Will be returning.
Had a coffee there that was served in a mug with a cracked edge. When asked for replacement, I was given a paper cup, as there were no options for an unbroken one.

Nice atmosphere and sandwich selection. Unfortunately the wifi is dial-up era slow. You can rest easy knowing you'll have time to buy and finish your coffee before your Google search results load.
Caffe Nero's never disappoint. We had their thanksgiving or holiday special panini (turkey with stuffing and cranberry) and it was very good, very flavorful. Their pistachio cheesecake is really delightful and creamy. The cranberry loaf was fluffy and moist. Their iced coffee is good. Must try their cookie butter latte next time.The seating area is very cozy. Plenty of places to sit too.
