The wings were burned so badly that they were dry chicken and no sauce left as they most likely were reheated and why would I leave a tip when I ordered take out and still left them a tip spent $50 worth of food.

This one star review is for the 2 women hostesses. One had brown hair with slicked back pony tail and the other had blonde hair up in a clip. Saying they were rude and not friendly would be an understatement. When walking in they didn’t greet us at all, not even a hi. They did the bare minimum probably said 2 words, it was like pulling teeth just trying to get sat. And as we left one of them was too busy on her phone and didn’t even get a bye or anything. I’m not one to ever write reviews, but felt this needed to be brought to someone’s the attention. Our blonde waitress however was great as well as the food so this rating does not reflect them.

Got a bad one. Parts had no cheese. Undercooked. Disappointing.

Checked out Jacks Coal Fired pizza for the first time met up with my brother and his wife for dinner since my husband was craving pizza. Started with fried ravioli and lemon chicken wings for apps and a bottle of the meiomi Pinot noir. The apps were pretty average and the fried ravioli were basically frozen and microwaved. We shared 3 pizzas between us, the salsiccia, formaggio, jacks cheese w chicken cutlets and while they were good they weren't anything special. The atmosphere was cool, a little bit of pizza parlor motif happening. Our server was really nice and super attentive. The only thing I thought was strange about this place was that there was no bartender the servers made their own drinks. Overall it was nice but again nothing special.

The pizza is good with a thin crust that is not oily in the middle. The toppings are generous but not overbearing.

I have the pizza at jacks regularly and it is excellent. In fact, my family likes it so much we will make the 20 minute trip for take out. Best pizza in the Boston metro area for my money.

I've been here several times, and before tonight I would agree with Dave Portnoy score high 7 low 8. Tonight I give the pizza low 6, I don't know how they can make 2 completely different pizzas, maybe the pizza maker. manager should keep an eye on the pizza being served. Having said that, service was great, and I'll try again to see if they just had an off night.

Had the chicken Alfredo with Broccoli. It was pretty big serving and tasted great. I felt the chairs for seating were very comfortable, but it was difficult to seat a party of 5 at the table comfortably.

It's simply impossible to order a simple takeout pizza and have it made correctly. Multiple times with clearly explaining the previous problem when ordering, you get the same problem again.Even worse, at pickup they offer to remake the pizza from scratch or just dump the missing stuff on the pizza and cook it more.Opting for a fresh remake, they instead just dump stuff on the pizza and you get a burnt to shtt pizza.Simply not worth it to keep on trying.

I work near by and we finally popped in well after a barstool pizza review. We ordered the 12" classic cheese between my girlfriend and I. It's super crushable, should've gotten the 16". The crust is crispy-crackery, but still a bit doughy under the sauce and cheese. Good chew. Not heavy on the cheese at all, flavorful sauce. We followed up with the RI Calamari because we were still hungry. It was fried crispy and tossed in a white wine butter sauce. It was tender and delicious. Our server was affable. Service is fast, pizza came out like ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️. We also were the only patrons at first at 1pm on Christmas eve eve.Overall wouldn't miss if you're considering it.
