Always a fan of this Johnny Rockets. So sad that there was only one man cooking, serving, taking orders, and handling everything in the restaurant on his own. Regardless he had great costumer service and my meal was perfect despite being a bit complicated.

Tuna melt killer. Was awesome. However. The interior needs some major attention. Coca-Cola has some trademarks violations in the shop. That now carries Pepsi. Remove all Coca-Cola signage.

I love the theme and overall vibe. The food is also delicious. Staff is super friendly, shout out to the guy who stayed late because I forgot my phone... you saved my life.Kid-friendliness: I saw a few kids in the restaurant and the staff handled them amazingly. There is also a kid's menu.Parking: There were none, as this is in the Burlington Mall, but the Mall has a BUNCH of parking!

It was a spur of a moment decision to go to this restaurant while visiting Burlington Mall. Outside entrance was closed so we used the mall entrance .Ambience was so so ..buns werent too hot/warm ,the burger was allright.Service was good and in time.Visiting this place once in a while is allright.

I think Johnny Rocket's has some of the best burgers around for a quasi fast food place. I also like their sweet potato fries. The 50s atmosphere is cool as well. Service can be spotty at times, but is usually adequate.

Help meAs im writing this im holding back throw-up thats not an exaggeration. Maybe i ate it too fast, but I do know for a fact that the burger messed me up and i couldn't even get near finishing the cheese fries. Terrible!

Very bad experience, especially for the price. Cold burgers with no taste. The only thing that saved it was the milkshake.
Zero if I could. Asked for cheese burger with onions, pickles and lettuce cheddar cheese. Comes w/ no onions. Asked for bottled water. Got a sprite. My daughter ordered fries and a shake. Shake came no fries oh well never again..... let's see how long we sit before we get the bill?!?! I'll go to shake shack next time. Much cleaner and wrap the burgers in lettuce w/o issues

DO NOT GO:. The place is reasonably nice looking with only one cook and one waitress. So you can imagine how slow it went. I ordered a simple hamburger without mayo. Instead of American cheese food I asked if I could have something else as a replacement. From the choices I asked for Swiss cheese. The food is served on paper plates and with plastic utensils. I thought for the money that I paid I should get better silverware and plates and french fries. But I was wrong. In fact the Swiss cheese cost me extra. This is inexcusable because these spices should be transparent. So I deliberately again because this is happened before, did not tip and the money that would have gone to a tip paid for the extra charge. I left the waitress and note this time. The burger itself was just very average you're not worth the price. I will never go back there again. Appearance is no substitute for substance.

Walked in and immediately walked right out.. Super run down and not what it used to be. You could smell the dirty bathroom as soon as you walk in. There is food all over the tables, floors and under them. The lighting is all busted and flickering & dim. No air flow at all. Red flags everywhere. Fix up or shut down!!

Seated for lunch and waited 15 minutes before leaving after not being waited on . There were about half the tables filled. They seemed understaffed. Not worth the time or money until they can hire more help
