Lots of rice hardly any vegetables. The chicken was fatty. Use to love this place. There was plenty of veggies and the chicken was tender. Lost my business

It's food. That sums up my entire experience at Maki of Japan in Burlington Mall. It completely lacks flavor and is extremely oily. The chicken did not have any teriyaki flavor and they didn't give me any extra sauce even though I specifically asked for some. If you are looking for high volume food for an inexpensive ($10) price tag, this might appeal to you but if you are looking for an enjoyable lunch or dinner there are lots of other options. There is a reason this place has a bunch of 1 star reviews and I wish I had checked before visiting.

My son loves their food, but it gets a bit pricier when you order double meat so you would have a decent amount for dinner. Taste is good, but he always orders extra teriyaki sauce.

Food is horrible, tasteless and vinegar overdosed. Shame on you since the place called with a Japanese name.

I ordered fried rice and my son wanted steam rice. However, we were charged two times of 0.5$ for the fried rice. Worst yet, we were both provided with the steam rice. This is not the end. they gave me chicken instead of beef that I ordered. After I thought over the whole process, I think there is malpractice of overcharge and switch beef with chicken. Be careful to eat there.

I normally don't give ratings, but this restaurant location was one of the worst. Lo mein smelled like putty and hard to eat. Food was dry. Lost my appetite and couldn't finish it. I wouldnt waste any money in this restaurant even if it was the only food court open in this mall. Period.

Don’t get food here it’s disgusting and undercooked! Got sick from the tangerine chicken and lo mein!!! Over priced and they are rude

The food is... edible. It's worse than what you would find in a school cafeteria, but it's still edible. Everything is a bit overpriced, but it is filling. The chicken teriyaki may be worth it if you get extra meat and split it between two people. The cabbage sucks. There's really not much to say about the lo mein noodles. There's nothing noteworthy about this food. It's too expensive, doesn't taste good, and made me feel gross afterwards. Don't eat here unless you have to. You should always go to Chick Fil-A instead unless it's Sunday...

One of the best mall food i have ever eaten. They give you so much food for such a low price. Food is a bit unhealthy but what can you expect from mall food. Taste is amazing and the staff is friendly. If you want to fill up your stomach, stop by Maki of Japan

If it wasn’t for the roach I found on my food. Literally just happened today. We bought 2 meals and wanted my money back but they would only return one of the meals. This is ridiculous. Calling the health department on them.

Ordered chicken teriyaki and the cook just heated up the already cooked chicken on the grill for 10 seconds then served it. Didn’t taste fresh at that point.

Burlington MA. The woman kept asking multiple people what they are ordering instead of focus on one. Couldn't hear her calling me to grab the receipt because of the sizzling sound of the man frying the beef and she literally called me the b word? Was so unnecessary rude for no reason, she thinks we are begging for food even though their meal costs like $10 with small beef portion and a loaf of rice. The food was bland and the service is unacceptable, never again!

Noodle are straight garbage and over priced. Go to master wok instead

Just ordered the beef teriyaki with white rice and vegetables.Hardly any beef on my plate, and vegetables were mainly a blanched-looking cabbage.Never again.
