For mall food, this was AMAZING! It was some of the most flavorful and delicious food i’ve had. The staff were so sweet and kind. The price and wait time was definitely worth that delicious food

I haven't given a mediocre review in a while, but this time we really didn't enjoy ourselves. I had been here a few months ago and really enjoyed it. This night the service was really slow and the food was served lukewarm to room temperature. I'm not sure if it was the kitchen or that our server was very slow. The restaurant was only about 1/4 occupied, but it took forever to get our food, have our plates cleared, a takeout box brought to our table, and our check. There was another server always around in the room, but our server would disappear for long periods of time. Also, despite the restaurant not having many parties dining, we were seated at a tiny table that could barely fit the chips/salsa and our service plates (we were a party of 2). When our food was served, we had to put the dish with the tortillas on the bench beside us. The food was tasty and we enjoyed it as well as we could given the temperature it was served at. Also, we were there on a Wednesday, which had $5 sangria. I usually order sangria when available so I wasn't getting it because it was $5. It was served in a wine glass that was filled to the top with ice - so much so that it was hard to take the first sip. Because there was so much ice, I think I got only two or three "sips" and the glass was empty. The person I was dining with had two $16 glasses of wine - one of the least expensive ones on the menu just for price comparison. To sum it up, it wasn't a very good dining experience and not sure if we'll return.

I highly recommend the Baja fish tacos with coleslaw and guacamole sauce. Prices are affordable and fair. For a quick bite, I left very satisfied! Thank you.

Super aesthetically pleasing. I joined Rosa Mexicano for brunch and ordered the mimosa flight and the Bacon Egg and Cheese Torta. Staff didn't appear to be particularly friendly or happy which did make us feel uneasy about our dining experience. If it were busy I would have been more understanding but it was pretty quite. I don't think we'll be likely to return.

First we arrived and the person that walked of over to the table did not look like she wanted us there, then it took 10 mins for the waitress to come to the table, then we ordered nachos that took over 40 mins to the table, worst experience ever, will not be coming back there.

This was our first time at this restaurant, and although we had an issue with one of our meals, the weight staff manager, and general manager were all incredibly accommodating. It is rare to see that level of Customerservice, and it has definitely earned a return visit from us.

We took our son for his 18th birthday. The restaurant is in a mall. It's a great space. We loved our server and the table side guacamole was spectacular. Each our main courses were delicious. They sang happy birthday and our son wear a cute sombrero. It was a great spot and we recommend.

Eduardo was our waiter. He was attentive, personable and a very good guacamole chef! We loved our dinner, the atmosphere and the service. All 6 of us had a delicious meal. We will be back!

Everyone thought the food was delicious! The service was a bit slow and items were ordered were missing until we mentioned them. Overall a good time despite the issue with service.

Food was good. Service by bartender was great; however the male host and one of the male servers were RUDE! Literally sat our party in an area that had not been cleaned! When asked to move, they ignored us so we moved ourselves to the bar. Upon exiting the dining room, the male server proceeds to ignorantly pester us with a “..goodbye, have a good evening...”; repeating until one of my friends acknowledged and said “...see you soon...”. Absolutely disgusting behavior for restaurant staff. No one in our group was rude or behaved badly. For a “first experience”, not good, but made much better by the bartender...she was awesome!??

I don't know anyone who doesn't have a hankering for Mexican food once in a while. This restaurant meets that need! I love the guacamole mixed at your table and the tastey tortilla chips.

Service was very slow on a quiet night - seemed very understaffed. Drinks (house margaritas) were terrible. Way too much lime juice! Also made incorrectly first time (salt vs no salt). Food was fine but didn't make up for overall experience.

Love Rosa's new location in Burlington Mall! Great atmosphere, staff, the margaritas are INCREDIBLE!! On the rocks or frozen, the Pomegranate Marg is more than worth its value! Love the table side made-to-order guacamole.

We sat down and were waited on promptly. Ordered and requested a couple of things without sauce. Waiter confirmed. Food was put down and sure enough it was incorrect. The waiter disappeared after that. Food quality was ok. Overall fair meal.

Not the best Rosa Mexicano we've been to. We had to wait for our reservation, despite most tables being empty. Long wait for service - our waiter was responsible for too much - he had to do the guacamole cart for other tables which took time away from our basic needs... like water. I was warned bartender was new and I should have listened. I'm not too picky with my cocktails but what was served to me was not consumable. Food was just ok. Overall, I think Rosa would be disappointed this place has her name on it. It is not anything remotely close to the original restaurant or some of the others we have eaten at. We won't be back to this location.
