Good food ruined by terrible service. Today this guy was on his phone talking with someone the entire time WHILE KEEPING US WAITING??? He did this three times, before taking the order (then the other manager came in to take the order, put the sandwich in the toaster and asked them to do the rest), this guy continued doing his thing after that and even forgot my topping once he started it. Afterwards, he went back to his phone as we waited to pay the bills and eat the sandwich in our hands. Pathetic.

This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. Last time I picked up from the place there was only one person working in the store. Last time I had something delivered I was missing two items. I tried calling the store twice but no one picked up.It’s a real shame. This place used to be great but now it seems like corporate has neglected to solve its issues.Food is still pretty good if you like slightly better food than Subway. The hot peppers especially are still top notch.

No offense this place is so underwhelming. Tossed half of my turkey sandwich away because the first half was so mushy and bland I knew I wasn’t going to eat it later.

do not order delivery they do not deliver and if you ever order food from here and need a refund it's absolutely impossible. they don't answer the phone and management never calls back no matter how many times messages you leave. I will say the staff is nice and very accommodating but upper management completely sucks.

This Potbelly location is in the middle of a busy shopping center here in Burlington. You'll find the same menu here as at all other Potbellys across the country, which for me means that their hot, savory sandwiches are the way to go. My favorites include the wreck, pizza melt, and chicken club, but on this visit I decided to shake things up a bit and try the meatball. A decent, comforting helping of, well, meaty beef and pork balls that was nicely complemented by marinara, provolone, and Italian seasoning. Things can get super busy during the lunch crush, with a steady stream of folks coming in for pickup orders or lining up at the register. Things can also pile up quickly as a result, especially if there are only two people making sandwiches behind the counter and perhaps a third person juggling both register and sandwich duties. So cut them some slack when it comes to the promised order completion time. Message to Potbelly: just because this is a 3-star review doesn't mean that my experience was bad. 3 stars are perfectly appropriate for a standardized, national, large-chain experience.

You need employees that speak English. I had nothing with all employees they said don't speak english. You need paper menus to ppl with eye problems. Which when I asked was told look up there.

I've been going here for years but after today's experience I will never go back. The place was in chaos when I arrived, and my order wasn't ready 30 mins after my scheduled pickup time. When I asked an employee about my order I was told "no more online orders" and was waved off. Seriously waved off like I was bothering her. I told her I placed my order 45 mins ago and paid for it, and she said rudely that I had to wait a huge line and order my sandwich. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to wait in the same line. Great way to treat your customers. Not even an apology for keeping a loyal and paying customer waiting. I had no more time to wait (the reason we order ahead!) so no lunch for me today despite paying for it. Manager promised me a refund on my card.*** update 12/12/23 a week later and I did not receive the refund that was promised.** final update 12/14/23. Called the location to see if I can get a refund. The phone just rang and rang. I called back later and a women answered. When i asked to speak to the manager she hung up on me.

Deliciously toasted sandwich! We did an order to go and showed up early so sat and waited. Such amazing customer service. I was highly impressed with the way customers were interacted with. We got two different milkshakes that were tasty. Definitely give the eggnog a try! Highly impressed with the orders being right and everything together. Thank you for a great experience. Definitely worth it.

I was a regular customer here for years. They had a great team and great product. Not sure what happened to this location but the last couple visits the restaurant has been dirty, they can't seem to get enough and/or quality help, the shake machine was broken and the worst of it my sandwich bread had mold on it and had to be thrown away! I tried contacting the store multiple times and no one ever answers the phone. After multiple attempts I finally reached a "manager" who informed me that a refund would be issued and it never was. I also reached out to pot belly customer service through their website and I never received a response. Will never be visiting this location again.

I just got a regular avocado sandwich here and a couple other items after waiting about 10 mins. for someone to take my order with 2 people there, one talking on his phone the whole time who was adding the toppings to my order. I tipped 10% for the respect of the workers, they weren't rude or unfriendly but not very personable.When I went to eat the sandwich (it was still tasty), there was no Avocado and no cucumbers, just the turkey, swiss cheese and couple extra things I asked for (jalepenos and salt/pepper). I thought it was a given to add the other 2 items knowing what I ordered.I called the store 3 times and no one answers and it hangs up saying "no one's available to answer the phone, Goodbye". Called an hour before the store closes. They didn't provide me a recipt so I'm not sure if I was charged more or not for the avocado that wasn't in the sandwhich since it costs an extra $2.49 on the menu.

Very friendly people it was pretty busy today but I still got my food fresh and hot cashier was very polite and very kind I believed her name was Johana she answer all my questions since it was my first time eating there and will go back clean organized place to go get lunch I’m in love with the cookie butter milk shake I give a 10 plus
